Hoge parkeerkosten. Veel lawaai van lift en personeel omdat kamer naast lift was. Dus altijd vragen naar kamer niet naast lift.

The LOCATION & VIEWS over the city from 8th floor. Able to open the window for fresh air. Straightforward road access to the location. Within easy walking distance of the old town & all the sites and even the big store Corte Ingles nearby. Breakfast staff were cheerful.

Initially met on the forecourt by an over-ancious (even when he had our name + details on his clipboard list questioned and double-checked with Reception as to whether we really did have a pre-booked parking reservation??!!) and a little abrupt "valet car-parker" who INSISTED on "compulsory valet parking"... then struggled to start and manoeuvre a modern automatic hybrid car with right-hand-drive! Parking garage is underneath the hotel and this is where the age of the building shows: NO DIRECT access to the lobby - only a dated staircase to return to ground floor level. One has to unpack all luggage / re-load at departure in front of the hotel. Our room was the interlocking room attached to a larger suite, occupied by other guests - rather a thin door separating the two rooms so one is aware of others' movements nextdoor. A fairly dated, dull room with a rather tired bathroom in need of updating. Shower door didn't close properly. Bathtub scuffed to the point one would not want to use it. (Just wondering whether Booking.com guests get a worse room??? So many positive reviews do not reflect our experience") Breakfast a disappointing affair: the quality of the ingredients just not up to what one would expect from a 4* hotel.

Comfortable bed, deep tub, and location.

The front desk staff, specifically Christine, was cold and unwelcoming. While likely a great administrator, as the first impression of the hotel, we felt unwelcome.

Beds were very comfortable

Unschlagbare Lage. Grosses, helles, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Tolles Frühstücke, nette Bedienung.

Man hat im Zimmer nebenan alles…. gehört, jedes husten, die Sprache des TV Senders usw.
