Jedzenie było wyjątkowo pyszne, obsługa miła.

Nie mieliśmy Wi-Fi bezpłatnego w pokoju, mimo, że hotel zapewniał w ofercie, że jest; na Recepcji działało, po naszej interwencji zajrzał do nas pan, który miał pomóc, lecz niestety nic się nie zmieniło. Apartament na pewno nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, ręczniki nie zawsze były wymieniane, nawet gdy leżały na podłodze, łazienka była obskurna - ogólnie było czysto, jednak to nie był standard 4 gwiazdek. Jedynie jedzenie spełniło ten standard wg nas - było wyśmienite.

Sommige ligbedden bij het zwembad waren een beetje doorgezakt waardoor je op een ijzeren balk lag.

Spacious, clean and very good location

Large spacious room. Bed very big and comfy, air con a god send. Brilliant location across from beach.

We went in August so pool area was very crowded. Not enough beds etc. Despite putting dirty towels in bath, maids just hung them back up, not replaced on occasion. Served drinks around the pool in glasses. Lots of smashed glasses around pool area, I was on pins for the little ones with bare feet.

This hotel is spotlessly clean. Fantastic location beside a beach. Staff so helpful and polite. Big size apartments. Amazing food choices. Would highly recommend

Pool way too small for the size of hotel, the only way to get a sunbed was to wake up before 6am!

Everyone is allowed to put towels on pool lounges overnight to ‘reserve’ their place for the day. This shouldn’t be allowed. They remain vacant but reserved for a lot of the morning when others could be using them. Consider banning this practice, or removing towels where the lounge is vacant for longer than 30 minutes. It would make it a fairer system for everyone. We were also treated very poorly showing up early for breakfast one morning, even though we’d checked the night before if it was okay (as we had an excursion). It was disappointing.

Hotel was very clean, nice rooms and in a good location for the beach and town. Lovely little pools with slides, water jets etc for little ones. Breakfast was fantastic, never too busy, plenty of tables and absolutely everything you can imagine to eat for breakfast. The hotel food and drinks were reasonably priced. The burger van was great. Entertainment was good, couple of shows, quizes and kids disco in the evening. Enjoyed water polo and aqua gym in the day. Rooms cleaned, beds made and fresh towels etc everyday. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. A great family hotel.

The main pool was a little small. Sometimes crowded for swimming but everyone in good spirits, tolerant of others playing ball etc. The area around the pool for sunbeds could also do with being a bit bigger.

Great location close to different beaches, shops and restaurants. The apartments are basic but comfortable, nice and clean, ideal for a family. The food at the restaurants was varied and tasty. The Picco restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the animation. The staff was absolutely brilliant, super nice and helpful, making you feel at home.

If you enjoy peace and quiet, don’t get an apartment by the pool, is extremely noisy.

Breakfast options were fantastic. Clean complex Staff were very friendly Excellent location Clean and decent size beds.

The main pool is not big enough for the amount of people that stay in the apartments. Some days it was carnege, it was so busy in the pool most days which meant we could not have a swim.

During the day there was no access to potable water. And there was a sewer small in our suit.

The location was excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach. Room was great. Food was brilliant and staff were great. Pool area lovely.

The chicken kebabs on two nights were raw in the middle, despite me telling staff the first time! No probe was used as they were cooking them on a griddle in front of house. Sofa bed in family room was really uncomfortable and no good for older children.

Really good location, modern apartment with all facilities you would need.

No cleaning products to tidy up after cooking. A small bottle of washing up liquid and a sponge would have been great. We did rinse all items and leave them in the sink hoping the cleaners would wash them when they visited but they didn’t. we needed up buying our own.

Basically everything! The staff were great particularly Claudia, the food at Salt & Co was good, the children's pool was adored by my son, the location was virtually perfect.

Kitchenette area was a little basic and we didn't have a dish cloth to dry our dishes before use, hardly a massive issue on holiday!
