All personnel was very friendly and helpful and we found what we liked.

The staff were phenomenal, very helpful and gave us tons of information about the town, restaurants, etc. Only downfall of this place is there's a lot of misinformation. The booking site says the airport shuttle and breakfast were supposed to be complimentary/included in the booking price, however we were charged for those services. They kept trying to tell us to come to breakfast (which we only went once out of our week stay), and we realized in the end why. Be careful when booking and expect to be charged for airport transfer and breakfast. We didn't use our pool towel voucher or other amenities on the property so we don't know if they charge for that in the end also, but it's something to be mindful of.

Room was pretty modern and 5 star. Surrounding the hotel room good for Instagram pictures. Breakfast was at the swimming pool and was served with good breakfast set. Thanks for making our mykonos trip worthwile.

A 15 mins walk to Mykonos Town. But no complaints. Taxi ride is just 10 euro but to get taxi during busy period will be tough. Hotel transfer to and fro port is payable, transport provided by Hotel staff, if its Free would be good since its the hotel transport and staff.

hotel is front of the noice main street , you hear all the cars passing thru, i couldnt sleep at night . Pool with few sun bed which is all of them morning occupated and you cant use the pool because is full

we absolutely loved every single thing about this property. The location was the perfect distance from busy/loud Mykonos town while still being close enough to walk. the hotel grounds were impeccable. The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. the restaurant, bar & pool area were serene and sooo enjoyable. most importantly, the staff were exceptional! Pleasant, helpful, friendly and no question or request was too big or small.

Everything was beyond expectation.

what makes Ostraco special is the feeling that you are staying with family! the rooms are great and the service is just beyond what I can describe. Starting with Nikos from reservations, to Sophia and Tina at front desk to Alex at the bar. Everyone else was just pleasant and great. Every summer I stay there and I am sure going back again!

broken & dirty hot tub and when tried to deal with the situation the manager had a bad attitude about it but but other than that 👌🏾

amazing trip - couldn’t fault the hotel at all . Alex the barman was great , I think he lives at the hotel as he was there 24/7 and always on hand. all other staff friendly and accommodating.

A beautiful hotel just a short walk into the old town of Mykonos. Rooms have all the amenities, ours had its own hot tub which was lovely to use in the evening. Also very spacious with 2 bathrooms… it was lovely to have one each! Breakfast is incredible, lots of options, order as much as you like and all very fresh high quality ingredients. The staff are what made the hotel for us, so friendly, accommodating and helpful. they were just fantastic.

Everything! I can honestly say there is nothing to fault about this hotel and nothing they can improve on. The two bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, was lots of room and a great view from the balcony. The hot tub was great. The food was delicious 😋 The pool area was very clean, great space, the beds were comfy. The old town is only a 10 minute walk, there is so much to see and do. What made this hotel extra special was the staff, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind they wanted to help with everything. A big thank you to Alex who was so attentive, iv never had service like it. Also Sophia, what a lovely lady who wanted to help with everything.

I want to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff. Their hospitality makes you feel at home. I am the most unprepared tourist, at first I forgot the sunscreen, then my charger broke, every time I asked at the reception where I could buy it, they provided it to me, it was so sweet🥺♥️ I will definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. The location was great as well with an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

We loved the style and spaciousness of the room and our balcony area. We stayed in a suite and the living room area was really cosy. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of choice for both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. The staff were brilliant, always smiling and couldn’t do enough to help!

I loved my stay here so much! The hotel and the rooms are so wonderful and comfortable. The stuff is extremely friendly and takes so much care. The food is also really tasty and I would highly recommend to also get cocktails at the pool bar - they are really tasty! I loved to stay at the pool and enjoy my days are and could relax so good. I booked a nice suite with my own whirlpool with view at the sea - amazing, this was my highlight!

The staff were incredibly helpful and made great recommendations! Everyday the room and hot tub were cleaned, as well as fresh pool towels available by the pool. The location is very easy to walk into Mykonos Town.

The individual sun beds were not particularly comfortable, the double beds and beanbags were much better!
