Room 807 Top Floor with great view from balcony .Location was good but noisy. ALL staff from cleaners to reception very nice and helpful. Room spotless clean with nice bedding. Modern feel. Great having a small fridge in room Internet Good. Paid for breakfast but never went as lots of other choice around area so cant comment.

Single room was VERY small so was the shower cubicle, no place to store cloths apart from a small rack so room looked messy and untidy when un packed. . Air condition wasn't the best ( it was very hot outside) . I had to move bed at night under Air Conditioner at night to sleep better. Would have liked a kettle in room. Only 1 body towel giving per day. Not great when having 2 showers or more a day. Curtain round door not big enough as sunlight was in room at 5am. Mentioned to Reception only on departure as I had a eye mask.

Staff were friendly

A few things to note regarding my room. The hot and cold water taps are connected incorrectly and when you turn on the cold it runs hot. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the air conditioner didn’t work efficiently, the room had not been cleaned before I arrived the shower was disgusting and the basin was not clean. The room also smelt like stale smoke. Overall I was very disappointed in the quality of the room.

Good location, lots of paid parking options nearly. Pleasant staff. Clean tower and bathrobes in the room. Overall rating of the hotel at 3.

Not cozy, small room with old renovation. Old-style air conditioner that is almost impossible to control. The view from the window on the wall and the ruined houses.

The location, decoration, and staff are excellent. The room is so comfortable. you can walk all the highlights quickly.

Nice central hotel

I loved the room. It had a balcony and was very cozy. Good airconditioning. Room was cleaned every day. Location was good with multiple places to get lunch and coffee nearby. Airconditioning was great, comfortable beds with good linnen and nice pillows!

The doors to the hallway are pretty noisy. If you’re a light sleeper this might be annoying when people get back late. Still, it was okay for us. The bathroom was a bit smelly, probably from the shower drain or toilet drain.

This is a good hotel very near both to the center of Thessaloniki and the port. Perfect breakfast. Everything else was great, good value for money. Staff was very friendly. There is a garage nearby, but be very careful when trying to find it - narrow streets, have to make long U-turns if you don't know the direction, etc.

Excellent location at the center (close to the many sights and public transport stops). Excellent price and quality ratio. Excellent Swedish table-type breakfast. Comfortable room with table and chair well-suited for work . Pretty good sound isolation - despite my room window being at the central street side, I heard no noise at night. Helpful staff.

Shower and bathroom for larger man is slightly too small.

Near center of the city, beds are so comfortable! I had a nice relaxing time in Thessaloniki.

Second time here, good hotel with central position very close to main attrractions in Salonik

Location is nice. Room was rather small but clean and OK. Being situated on the 8th floor, it gave us a nice view on some parts of the city. Breakfast was quite correct; nothing fancy but adequate for the price.

There was a slight smell in the room. Something ambient, hard to define.
