It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything! Stayed at the hotel with two friends and we loved it. The staff were lovely and the whole experience was fantastic. We would stay here again. I have already recommended to multiple people.

Small & cozy hotel with big & modern suites and terrace facing the ocean. Very Clean. Superfriendly and and professional staff (extra thanks to Ioanna, Maria, Giorgios who took care of us during our stay). Small-scale but great pool area. Exactly the same with breakfast, small-scale but very good quality with mix of
local and international varieties. We preferred that the hotel was located on walking distance from Rethymno city centre requiring us to take a scenic walk through the fantastic old town to get to the big beach.

Spacious room and well maintained. Big balcany which was great for enjoying breakfast for example. Good equipment for cooking which we appreciated. All staff was very friendly and cleaning was excellent.

Location was good. Only a 20 minute walk to Rethymno or a 6 Euro taxi ride. The staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating, the pool was lovely. We had a two bedroom suite and loved the space it provided us, including the large balcony.
The hair dryer was very old and didn’t work well. It really should be replaced with a normal one. The fitness center was not well equipped.

The hotel was really lovely, clean, and very spacious. Our room had a great balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.
The staff were very helpful and couldn't have done anymore to help us to have the perfect stay.
The only downside for me was the 2 flights of stairs to climb to get back to the hotel, there is a ramp for pushchairs/ wheelchairs but after dinner it is a bit of a mission.

The breakfast was excellent. We were very early in the season so the breakfast was prepared specially for us instead of the usual buffet. We especially liked the cheese filled pancakes.

Perfect views of the Mediterranean. Friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast. Very nice pool and bar. The Suites are comfortable.
The chairs need felt tips on the bottom, otherwise they are too noisy and disturbing.

Beautiful pool area, very comfy loungers. Our room was large, very practical and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful and very big patio. We would definently come back if ever in the area again.

Relatively clean and large rooms with really nice and intimate poolside. We liked the breakfast and the attentive dining room staff. The hotel was generous with pool towels.
The hotel should be refurbished and should pay more attention to maintenance issues. One of the sinks in the room didn't drain the water well, one of the closets had an improvised handle. The bed mattress was old and was already sinking in the middle. The phone in the room wasn't working, so room sevice had to be reached by walking up to the reception. Overall the design of the hotel is a bit out of the 70s (and not in compelling manner). It's time to upgrade folks!

The place is close to the center by walk is like 10 min. The pool is very clean. The room is big and very comfortable. The staff is extremely polity and friendly they allow us to make the check out later for free.
If I have to find something probably they can add more rotation to the breakfast food.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely spa facilities, friendly, helpful staff. Only 15 minutes into Rethymno Old town. 1 hour airport transfer
Immediate area slightly shabby and run down.
