Roomy apartment, near to the beach, but far from the noisy downtown.

Unfortunately our apartment was 5 meters far from a building constraction, what they didn't mentioned, which is very unfair. As we saw the situation on spot, then we made a cancelation, and we ask for a full refund in the app. We didn't get our money back. Booking didn't supported us.

Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and two terraces. We had everything we needed. Stelios - the host, was very helpful and kind, and available for us at any moment. The beach is about 150m, and restaurants and shops, also there is a big supermarket which is excellently supplied. Parking spot in front of the building.

Great place this was our second stay at the property.

Owners were extremely lovely and helpful, very knowledgeable of the area and offered tips of places to visit. The unit was comfortable for 5 adults and very clean, just a quick stroll to beach, a pleasant 20min walk to old town with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. Easy parking on premises. Highly recommend.

Lovely modern large apartment in a good area

Very spacious and comfortable apartment situated on a normally quiet street! It was only 2 minutes walk to the beach! There was a nice terrace out front and another one to the side, which could be accessed from both bedrooms! The WiFi was excellent and having a nespresso machine was great for those morning coffees! Stelios was very helpful to us as well and gave us some good advice!

As the season wasn't quite opened up, there wasn't too many restaurants nearby. The beautiful old town was about 30 minutes walk away, along the seafront, which was fine for us, and a taxi back was €6! There was a rumour about a bus service but after a half an hour of waiting at the bus stop we gave up!

Great hospitality from the host who greeted us. Fresh fruit and a kinder surprise for the kids went a long way. The walk along the waterfront to Rethymno was fantastic.

The sofa bed wasn't really suitable for an additional person. The bedding was dated. The other units were being renovated so these may be in better condition than this one.

Beds were very comfortable, air conditioner in bedrooms were great.

Comfortable. Reasonably good mattresses. Nice and helpful staff. Close enough to everything of interest. Clean. A great value.

The windows open into a corridor/balcony with the next building's wall next to it so no view of anything at all. Not enough free electric outlets to charge phone and have the light on the nightstand on at the same time.

The host was always available, made useful suggestions ie dining, day trips. we were close to several good restaurants, grocery stores. It was quiet.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The kitchen is fully furnished and has almost all electrical appliances - two coffee machines, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle for hot water and a refrigerator. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. the bedrooms are in such a place that they are not heated directly by the sun and it is not very hot in them and without air conditioning. The location of the apartments is close to the beach about 100 meters, there is also a supermarket nearby which is very well stocked. It is about 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot to the center and old town of Rethymnon. The host Stelios was very kind when we arrived he came to unlock and showed us everything in the apartment, as a gift he had left water and juice in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit on the table.

Great place to stay, very close to beach and all other facilities (there are a lot of shops, tavernas, cafes, etc.). The hosts were welcoming and the place is spacious and well maintained.

The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Indoors it was very quiet.

The couch was not a convertible bed

The apartment is situated perfectly, not too close to the town but at the same time within easy walking distance. Plenty of great restaurants in this area. The apartment is clean and spacious with balconies and aircon. The host, Stelios, is extremely helpful and friendly and arranged the taxi pick up from the airport as well as letting us know we could contact him any time for assistance.

Everything was perfect and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. There are air conditioners in every room. The apartment is 5 minutes from the sea . We will be back.

We received a nice welcome. The apartment was pleasant and clean and had a parking space which was convenient A few meters away from the sea.

The mattresses and the sofa were not very comfortable. Also a few items such as salt, pepper or olive oil to cook would have been nice.

Stilos made our stay exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good. He helped print documents and would not take pay. His mother was wonderful. The place was VERY CLEAN. And on day 4 everything was cleaned again. 1 block to the beach. Mini market on site. 3 smart TVs. Incredible shower. Washing facilities. Crisp linens and lots of towels. Fresh fruit on arrival. Nicest welcome on Crete. Free parking sign that door.
