Everything was fine except the fridge was loose in its location making it difficult to close the door properly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good launch-point to see other areas of the city and easy access to the areas outside of the city.

Clean, tidy, spacious and modern furnished apartment, soundproof so that you can sleep in peace. Its fully equipped with all the facilities required and as described in Booking.com, there were enough toiletries you can take from a place close to the laundry room, even generosily provided with Espresso capsules. good wifi signal, comfortable bed. Dark curtains helping to have a proper sleep in Iceland's sunny nights. The heating was perfectly working. The view from the windows is amazing, you see the beautiful mountains The host were so nice and quickly replying to my inquiries via booking messaging. They were burning to help and make sure my stay is comfy. Good location, only 3 min walk to the bus stop which directly takes you everywhere including the town centre. An 8 min walk to (Netto) supermarket with good opening hours.

A strange smell, like rubbers at the entrance of the apartment, probably the carpet material, although so clean.

The windows are nice and big. The stay was fairly affordable.

The hallways are not in good condition and doesn’t give a good feeling. The hallway always smelt like food from other units, the carpet is peeling up and very dirty, and the light fixture was falling off the ceiling. Dishes in the unit were dirty upon arrival. The tea towel provided was stained/dirty and when we went to the self serve area to replace it, there were none stocked, though they did provide a fresh one the next day. There is a large construction site across the street that you’re only notified of after cancellation deadline has passed. The construction is noisy early in the morning. This property lacks the comforts that make a stay feel good.

they should really renovate the place. everything is falling apart. tried to use the washing machine and dryer but it did not work. it was facing the road so it was really noisy when people walked past. also, the room door would slam so you could hear everyone’s doors closing. would suggest to stay only if you are on a budget or just a short transit.

We stayed in Einholt apartments (it is owned by the same owner) due to maintenance works in Boholt. Einholt apartments are really nice and in a better position from Boholt (closer to the center and to bus stations). The studio was great in terms of space and comfort, fully equipped with kitchen and fridge that are crucial to stay in Iceland due to the cost of eating out

The mattresses were horrible. It's more like just springs with a bit of material. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. The shower cubicle moldy. Nightmare

Well equipped apartment/room, excellent for self catering. Warm and inviting. Easy car parking below. Check In arrangements well organised with PIN Key numbers sent via e mail about 48 hours before. Laundry room, and many towels available. A great base, for using a car hire to visit places nearby. Will recommend.

There is luggage storage and laundry availability and kitchen (stove, kettle, cooking ware) which is great and a Braun and Co bakery, 2 min away. Bus stops are close enough as walking to the main 'downtown' Reykavik (like to the Rainbow walk or Harpa Concert Hall) will be good 45min walk. We took the local bus and also had Airport Bus pick us up right at the apartment, so location was fine for us.
