Nice comfortable rooms. Twin room comprised of two doubles, which was brilliant.

Would have preferred better breakfast choice. Scrambled eggs were on the dry side.

Mu bathroom sink was blocked. I asked for it to be cleared but this was not done

Stayed here several times, suits the purpose of our visit. Self service breakfast, so choose what you like, as much as you want. Not far to walk to the shopping area.

We arrived at the international hotel on a Friday, when we arrived it was apparent that an event was talking place at the international center as the hotel was very busy. We were greeted by the staff then give our rooms key. When the booking was made I specifically requested a crib as I was traveling with my two small babies. Unfortunately when we arrived at the room there was no crib. We then asked the hotel staff for this which to my surprise was presented with a carry cot which was not fit for purpose. Myself and my husband had to re adjust the room where we put the two twin beds together in order for us to lay in the bed with our two babies. The room itself was very standard and definitely not good value for money. There was a standard 15 inch lcd tv which was difficult to connect. Some of the sockets were not working also. This was very disappointing. In the morning we visited the restaurant for the continental breakfast where we were offered only bacon and beans. There was very little variety which was again disappointing. The following morning my husband had to make A trip out of the hotel, on his return he was approached aggressively by a hotel staff who stated that we could not park in a blue badge space. This was discriminatory as the staff had not seen if we had a blue badge, but just assumed that we were parking in a disabled bay for the sake of it. We are blue badge holders and this was extremely disappointing as the staff member could have gone to the car and seen a visible blue badge rather than making an assumption. This was a complete put off and will not recommend this hotel, the facilities and amnesties are very standard and is not worth the price in which it’s advertised.

Easy to get to and simple check in from helpful staff. Beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable slept so well and great WiFi. Breakfast was also excellent just right more than just a continental
