From our arrival to departure the staff were very informative and friendly……breakfast was lovely……room was comfortable with everything you needed…..lovely gardens and good location.

Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean in all areas, staff were pleasent and welcoming... in particular a young lady by the name of Lauren (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) breakfast was served at the table it was delicious and inclusive of the price.
Excellent value for your money.
My friend and i will be returning with a larger group next time

Lovely large room. Clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Only complaint was the fried eggs at breakfast were undercooked. Not a problem. Next time will ask for easy over.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. It was fine for a couple of nights’ stay. Parking available.
Location good. Close to the venue of the wedding we attended.
The bed in our room seemed small for a double.
Couldn’t turn off the radiator in the bathroom but this was only a problem because the weather was hot.
The breakfast table was clean, but very sticky. The cups and plates etc, stuck to it.

Room was well equipped including a fan which was very much appreciated! Staff very friendly and eager to help. Lovely garden to sit in with a drink from the bar
Shame the restaurant wasn't open for an evening meal but the lady on reception got us booked into the golf course restaurant next door so we could just walk next door

The breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, Location was good, very close to Tenterden.
The restaurant was not open so had to drive to eat.It was maybe a bit too quiet, hardly saw any other guests.

Friendly staff and it was clean. Good breakfast. There was a generous amount of tea, coffee and milk. The lounge and dining area are nice areas to sit in

Scrupulously clean, very comfortable and quiet with spacious double bedroom. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Excellent cooked breakfast menu.
Parking not 100% clear when I arrived in the dark but all well off the main road so not a big deal.

everything, it was spotlessly clean, a good location, great breakfast, friendly staff.
the radiators weren’t on, we had a heater in our room which kept us snug, but the bathroom was chilly, it had a heated towel rail but again was not on, we did ask at reception, they said the thermostat was being turned on but it didn’t make it to our room, but this did not ruin our stay would definitely book this hotel again.

Food was very nice and came out quickly .
Mattress was very lumpy and poor quality so I put both mattresses on top of eachother to make it acceptable .

Not a very fancy hotel , but very comfortable and very clean . We had room number 6 with a garden view , 4poster bed and lots of space . Decor is ok . Food was reasonably priced and of a good standard .Nice garden and the staff couldn’t have been nicer

Slightly further out of Tenterden than we expected, but a really nice hotel and lovely friendly staff. The room was spacious and breakfast just what we wanted.
Some stupid guests who decided that a smoke in their room at 0445 was fine -it was not as the fire alarms went off!
