1. Very comfortable bed and pillow 2. Good location.at nagaworld casino 3. Serve very nice food at 24 hours restaurant- i always dine at there for lunch n dinner. Asian cuisine 4. At first i step into the room, it was warm and i hardly sleep and i called reception the next morning and immediately they sent their technician team to clean the aircon thoroughly. Room is Very cold after that. 5. Swimming pool staffs were very attentive and keep a lookout at kids when swimming in pool 6. Swimming pool was great as they provide floats.

Nagaworld should put more entertainment for kids. Kids only have swimming pool and in room.tv a lot of news channel. Should have more english n chinese movie.

quite a number of walking into the casino are dressed shabbily , with slippers and shorts . gives a bad impression .

The property was exactly as billed five class all the way. The staff was wonderful, accommodating as can be. The rooms were on the small side but still adequate and well done. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Check in the price was on Booking.com $85.60 but on check in they wanted $185.50 said $100 was for room service and if I didn't use room service my $100 would be given back on check out, Nothing mentioned on Booking.com about a $100 extra on check in, I then asked for a cancelation as I wasn't informed on Booking.com about any $100 extra. If they use bookings.com then this should be mentioned at time of booking. I left behind my shaver, Toothbrush, toothpaste, under arm deodorant,bottle of after shave in the bathroom rang the Naga world casino number 2 Hotel 40 minutes later and was told nothing was found in my room, No follow up phone calls as I live only 7 minutes from the hotel I was here doing a YouTube video on the hotel and casino in Phnom Penh Cambodia 🇰🇭 All the staff including management have a bad attitude, they really don't care,

Clean, comfortable rooms; great staff service. Spas were excellent quality and value for money.

The food was confined to expensive restaurants or poor room service. There was nowhere in the hotel to get a small snack or a quick meal.

Security.

Hotel is rated 5 star without the amenities to match. There is no razor/shaver provided. Only upon request then hotel provide a disposable one…the disposable shaver must be so exorbitantly expensive that it was never replaced throughout my 4 days stay. The aircon makes a irritating rattling sound. The TV channels is low definition. Certain movie channels is lagging…it is like watching screenshots after screenshots of the movie. There is on-going strikes in the day whereby one cannot leave nor enter the hotel. You will need to divert to other hotel(Nagaworld 1) to leave/enter.

The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Lack of bathtub.

The complex was very good with shops youd expect in a high end town or airport in the basement, The room was clean, good value for money with comfy bed and food was average.

Staff hounded you for certain things and did not treat you as a guest. Was constantly followed around trying to sign me up for a casino reward card and was told to delete a video I took of inside. Was not made to feel welcomed.
