Lage an Autobahn ist nicht stöhrend., gute Erreichbarkeit.

Glasttüren sollten öftgers gerreinigt werden. Nach 8 Uhr 30 nur aufgebackene Brötchen vorgefunden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war ganz toll. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und gut ausgestattet.

Die Betten haben leider sehr geknarrt.

Awesome location right next to the museum, very clean.

A bit crowded at breakfast.

Spotless room. Breakfast is superb and very extensive. We visited the technical museum, and the hotel's location is ideal. I definitely can recommend a stay here.

Pillow was not comfortable.

The front desk one of the worst I have encountered in the world. I do travel and stay in many hotels. The original check out time is 11am and I requested for 12:00 check out which was agreed. Unfortunately I had an issue and had to visit the hospital for treatment. I informed the hotel front desk about my delayed check out and explained the reason. When I returned to the hotel at 1pm, I was SHOCKED that my luggage was packed up and I was checked out. I understand delayed check out can cost more and I was willing to pay. Even after I showed my hospital report and they could see me limping, they charged me extra (which was never a problem), but charging me extra after removing my luggage from the room is beyond me. They had my credit card on record as I had booked through booking.com, so non payment could never be an issue. If this is the hotel's management policy, I think the hospitality license should be revoked. I am still to reach home and check my luggage, I am not sure if any of my belongings are missing, and if they are, I will not be able to do much. If this hotel management has any credibility they will at least send an apology and I will consider it as a error on an individual staff member.

Breakfast

In the middle of an industrial estate but near the Auto-Tecknic museum, easy check in. Rooms clean and comfortable, good bar with great food. Good breakfast and easy check out, thanks.
