Sehr sauber und Zimmer wie beschrieben. Parkplatz am Haus.

Das Appartement war wirklich sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es lag auch zentral, man kam in einigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und das Museum war auch nicht weit weg. Nicht mal 200 m entfernt gab es einen Bäcker. Tankstelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe.
-Leider waren die Betten sehr unbequem (das Doppelbett), was sehr schade war. Viel zu weich bzw. schon sehr eingelegen. Wenn man aufgestanden ist, lag man in einer Kuhle. Konnten leider nicht gut schlafen :-( Ich hatte nach 2 tagen Rückenschmerzen. Wir sind dann auch am Abend davor schon abgereist.
-Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. :-( Es kam am ersten Tag eine Familie nach 22:30 Uhr und das war im Treppenhaus sehr laut. Nachts hat man Möbelgerücke (warum auch immer) und Gelächter gehört.
-Mir hat ein Besen gefehlt. Man musste das Appartement besenrein hinterlassen. Hab dann mit dem Handfeger den Boden gefegt.
-zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. (war nicht ganz schlimm aber wäre schön gewesen) Bei 4 Personen musste man immer spülen und für die Spülmaschine Geschirr sammeln lohnte sich nicht.

It is a Well equipped and very clean apartment. The hosts welcomed us very warmly. There were 4 coffee bags in the kitchen, which was a delight after a long journey.
The bedsheets were gris and black. The towels were also gris. I didn't like it at all, and I couldn't feel they were totally clean. So, I used my own towel and bedsheets. Usually, in public places, the bedsheets and towels are white to show how clean they are. I suggest that the host should use white towels and bedsheets.

Everything was just perfect. The appartment was modern and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom large and clean.

We liked a lot this place and would recommend to everyone if you plan to visit Heidelberg. Modern new design, comfortable beds, free parking, self-check in, very clean.

The property was exactly as shown online, it was perfect for our needs. Access to local amenities was perfect too, as well as the location itself being very quiet with very little light pollution at night also- outer shutters on windows also help to achieve almost total blackouts at night.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. If we came across any issue, we would have contacted the owners, who did encourage us to do so if anything wasn’t quite right or if any issues.

What an exceptional stay and accommodation. We had the ground floor (probably for the best with our two young sons running around.) Ideally located for those visiting Sinsheim or wishing to use the train station nearby the apartment was clean, comfortable, warm and comes with an excellent kitchen/diner with plenty of kitchen tools and extras (condiments, washing tablets etc)
Wifi worked perfectly, there was free off-street parking for our rental car and the street which the apartment was on was quiet and safe.
No cons, this really was the perfect accommodation!

Cozy flat with all you can need during your stay here. Warm welcome by the hostess and her son. Definately recommend this apartamen!

Fantastically appointed and comfortable flat with great balcony
Everything felt new and the place was spotless.
Lovely bedroom and comfy beds with a fabulous bathroom and shower.
Easy parking in quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to Lidl and shops.
Free beer from our neighbours to apologise for disturbing us!!
Apartment was the middle floor with both above and below occupied by a group which were a little bit noisy but they did apologise!!

Great communication with the host beforehand. The lady met us at the the house where the apartment is located which is in a residential area in Sinsheim not far from the Technik Museum. There are several apartments in the house and ours was on the 1st floor. There were, from left to right, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV, the 1st bedroom with double bed, then 2nd bedroom with twin beds. All basics were being provided. Close by is a bakery (for breakfast) and not far an Italian restaurant (for dinner).
Guests were asked to sweep the apartment with a flimsy broom before departure - which we did and discovered lots of dust mites, so cleanliness could be improved. There was nothing to place a suitcase on (e.g. a chair or similar), so those were put on the floor - not ideal. We mentioned both of this on the "recommendations tablet" that was provided by the host.
