Friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Simple but nice breakfast cooked well and presented Nicely. Thank you to the chef. Use of fridge in the room.

Broken floor tile needs fixing.
No toilet brush or air freshener.
The lead from the kettle didn’t reach the socket.
Furniture outdated up cycling would be a good way of upgrading.

Decor dated, lamp didn't work and also radiator valve defective. Not a very effective electric kettle set up as had to move chest of drawers to plug it in.

No lifts and i was on the 2nd floor which i struggled with all the stairs. Did not have breakfast due to me unable to eat most things

Late booking was greeted by a friendly receptionist. All staff were helpful, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast cost extra but was good. For a late booking and urban setting its a pretty reliable facility.
The bed was tiny (4' wide) and not very comfortable. The location has some quite noisy traffic.

Lovely staff, very accommodating to our needs as we needed to check in very early and then come back in the middle of night and allowed us to ring the bell and go in, polite also and room was exactly as described!
