There was no swimming pool

The breakfast was really nice plenty of choice. The food was still hot. Staff were very helpful.
We booked this hotel on the understanding were was a swimming pool to find out on arrival it was closed. Take the photos off your website.

It is a reasonable hotel
The air conditioning which was a factor in booking the room was non functional. Room in excess of 35 degrees all evening and windows opening restricted. Caused headache’s and sweating. I saw the staff at approx 10pm they were helpful but sadly confirmed some kind of issue. It was late so I suffered it all night.Awful sleep.

I wouldn’t normally right a review, but stayed for a function at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make for a great night, attentive and polite! I really couldn’t ask for more. ..so shout out to them!! very pleasant stay, room was clean and had plenty of room

staff very friendly, nothing to much trouble. Hotel was clean and the room was large as to the bed. Also a lovely ramble to the pond.
The air conditioning in the room was not working, and I specifically asked for air conditioning as I suffer with the heat. It made the stay uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep as it was so hot, this was the only complaint.
Also a small note, need to make the font larger on the menu’s as it’s far to small, even with glasses on it was near impossible to read. People with eye sight difficulties like myself will suffer
