The access to the park was difficult. The access to the garage did not work. For a 4 star hotel, not great. The hairdryer did not work properly and the room was not clean as should be, dust on the floors. The TV was very old and so the image was not great, they did not offer things like cream or cotton swab which i would expect in a 4 star hotel. And the gel offered for hair and body was terrible. The room does not isolate the sound and I woke up several times during the night with cars in the street and people in the corridors. For the price paid it is not worth it.

Helpful and friendly staff, variety of choice for breakfast and balcony view is amazing.

Garage parking was too small, had to use the outdoor parking spaces, in a remote location and bathroom door wouldn't perfectly shut.

Nothing in particular, except the convenient varanda which is a good point for smokers.

Very few parking spaces in front. Very small extra parking spaces. Rooms have no blackout curtains so you can easily wake up as soon as light floods in in the morning.
