Not a lot of, it was absolutely basic

Noise from local bars but it’s not big deal after you have flown for 24hours. If you are a light sleeper better book at the grand BS which is the same company . The room was very clean but the floor was slippery. The mattress was very hard to my liking.

Nahe am Airport. Shuttlebus im Stundenrhytmus inbegriffen. Für eine Nacht empfehlenswert.

They have your money U can't cancel so U are forced to upgrade to a safer area within the reception area where U are first taken

U must accept the ridiculous up grade price because U ARE STUCK IN A STRANGE PLACE AT NIGHT!!!

I liked nothing in the room and only thing that was good was that i got the money back when I wouldn't stay there. Go to the new side of the hotel that is in different name in booking.com (Grand BS Airport hotel Suvarnabhumi) that was nice and new.
The room was absolutely horrible and I couldn't stay there. It was dirty, old and neighbors were locals that were super loud and the front door had 1cm gab that allows all the sound to come to the room. Air-conditioning did not work properly and it was overall bad.

Got what you paid for, a cheap bed near the airport
Be careful when booking, the BS residence is the very poor sister hotel to the BS Grand. In poor state, all money obviously gone into the new part. We asked to be moved but they said they were full.

NOISE NOISE NOISE AND MORE NOISE TILL 2 am , don’t stay here if you want to sleep then woken up when we did get to sleep at 7.30am by someone trying to deliver a disgusting cold fried egg and plastic sausage for our breakfast yuk

Location close with airport and also have free transit to Suvarnabhumi airport every 30 minutes . Staff are very nice and friendly
Hotel didn’t had scale for service customers. I think very important for customers who is try manage suitcases weight to be perfect with limit of airline .

We like the affordable price and location. There are a lot of food and local markets around this hotel. It's very convenient to try something new and cheap.
Only the room size is a little bit small for us but we understood that the bed that they put inside the room may be too big. Overall we are happy with this hotel. They have everything that we need.

Nice clean Hotel, good location, close to the Airport, free pickup and drop off. Near local markets for food.
Hair clump in the swimming pool vent, Hotel still serves breakfast to the room but COVID regulations are over, no choice, given a basic breakfast.
