Dåligt Wifi på stora delar av resorten. Fungerade stundtals. Finns inget gym. Saknades parasoller vid en av poolerna

Very hard to get to, guess that makes it hard for the beggars, although the poor cleaners seem to be one rung up the ladder from begging, maybe that’s their second job.

Not far off looking like a chemical plant. Smelt worse if it could get hotter! Which I doubt.

We paid for an upgrade for ocean view and we glad we did. Because there are construction at trio bed room. Decent hotel, clean, although not fancy anymore as it aged. Beach front was nice, with this price its good value for money Breakfast is decent, good quality, variety. Fresh salad, boiled rice is good and yummy with a lot or meat. Fresh hot soymilk sooo delicious!

No beach vibes, just a laid back hotel. Three swimming pool but no vibes.

Big and spacious family room

Location is nice. Not too far from the main area but far enough for privacy.

The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the reception when we needed to. They were slow at completing tenant requests.

No lunch or dinner and breakfast had on bacon and was open to flies and insects.

The hotel is at the beach

The hotel must be very elegant when it was built. Now the hotel needs lot renovations. The room, we stayed, has so many little things that is not working.

Great location beachfront. Nice restaurants near by. Beach club just next door.

This is not a 4 stars resorts hotel. check-in was unprofessional, staff seemed irritated with her other stuffs, her table was such a mess. it should have been organized and keep front desk presentable. The area seemed like an abandoned hotel almost. Garden needed attention to keep nice, tidy and clean and healthy green. Garbage on the way to the room. The room was spacious with sea view but not clean since I could feel the sand on the floor - entirely our stay. Pretty loud air-con. My friend had to use ear plug to get sleep. There was no hot water. Breakfast was simple. The room and furniture needed upgraded. Otherwise room to sell half price.

Beach side is nice and clean.

At Check in it was total Chaos and unorganized! We arrived 2.30pm and then the Front Desk told us that the Room will be ready not before 5pm! We got the Room at 5pm.... Thats a total disaster and unacceptable.

We liked the private beach - it extends to many famous restaurants around the area. Breakfast was outdoor seating next to the pool. The hotel had many pools

Room Service needs work, toilet paper and water was not replaced everyday. You can tell that Covid had an impact on the facilities ... needs some upgrading

The main pool area had constant extra loud booming music from 1200 until 2200 here’s Friday to Monday. However, we stayed in a villa that was located away from the main hotel. when busy difficult getting a bed to lay on as most had ‘reserved’ towels on them. Eventually we removed some towels and used the beds. 3 hours later a person remonstrated loudly with us for pinching his beds. Fortunately we could not understand him as he was Russian.

Check in was good. Location to beach was very close. Many local restarants on the beach and even a few near resort. The breakfast was fantastic 👌

The resort is good, with lovely views.

The resort had no lunch and no dinner options. In addition, the breakfast was the same each and every day for 12 nights.

I understand that everyone has just gone through covid, In saying that the hotel was in very bad disrepair from this period which is understandable but if they are going to except guest while in such disrepair then the prices they charge need to reflect that as they are charging full price but the resort is no where near what it shows on the photos. Brocken stairs from the restaurant to the beach, Restaurant in disrepair, pool empty, other eating facilities still closed may buildings shut, mould in many ceilings, we could see they were trying to fix things but like I said the price needs to adjusted at the time to represent what you are actually getting, Feel miss led by the resort with no explanation at all on what was happening
