Staff is very friendly and available.
Hotel is clean and it has plenty of amenities and space.
The swimming pool is fantastic, spent so much time in there.
The room was spacious and more than enough for us as a couple.
Absolutely amazed with the overall service and will definitely come back.

The location was good, just down the road from Waterbom. Nice big pool area and a number of different restaurants to choose from.
The staff were helpful when my son became ill, brought us a plate of food to the room from the breakfast buffet and arranged for a doctor to come to the room then also then drove us to the hospital.
I wouldn’t rate the hotel as a 5 star hotel. Bathrooms were old and very much in need of a renovation, made it look and feel dirty. There was no mini bar or menus in the room, WiFi didn’t work on the tv. I think the hotel is more suited to older clientele rather than families.

Loved the location, breakfast and pool area were amazing
Shower in the bath - slippery and difficult to get in and out especially for my 78 year old parents - there were no photos of this so we didn’t realise it was set up like this until we got to our room, realistically the bath should go and it should be a walk in shower, in a place with massive humidity it would be safer from a slipping point of view
Also - some improvement to ordering around the pool area would be helpful, perhaps a flag system where we could put it up to let staff know we wanted to order food/drinks and improved clean up of glasses and dishes from around the pool area would be helpful as well

Good variety for breakfast. Beautiful pool, swim up bar. Restaurant near beach was awesome. Good vibe throughout the hotel, music, friendly staff, water aerobics. So much fun. Beautiful gardens.

Perfect location, beautifully well kept and clean, staff are amazing.
Breakfast was amazing with an abundance of choices and a massive sitting area with gorgeous views of the well maintained gardens.
Prices’s weren’t bad either.
Rooms weren’t ready on time, however I can understand as we did request to have our 4 rooms together.
The staff were very apologetic for the delay.

Swimming pool very clean and beautiful, nice pool bar, lovely breakfast, quality restaurants,very friendly employees team.
No power point in the bathroom to use my Waterpik (tooth pressure wash) I ask for a cord extension and wasn't provide.
The live music of the restaurant /bar closest to the beach is very loud an with no quality singers.

This place is soooo amasing. The location is perfect, only 2 mins walk into Kuta along the beach pathway but tucked away in a completely silent and tranquil environment.
Coral and rock free swimming in the beautiful beach right in front at hight tide and steps going down from the resort...
The gardens, ponds, fish and sub tropical surroundings make it heaven to walk through and a huge swimming pool with swim up bar.
The staff are amasing... helpful friendly and courteous at all times. The food is soo good and breakfast buffet is to die for - yum !
Oh and a fantastic huge gym, with free weights and a great selection of machines; AND air conditioned!
Cannot recommend this place enough ... you CANNOT fault it... stayed 1 week.
I will be back again very soon!

To be honest everything was pretty great. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We hardly left the hotel as there was everything you need even a little shop. I truly enjoyed it. For personal reasons we needed to change a room from the 5th floor to the lower level and the staff changed it without any problems.

Breakfast was great with a wide range of cultural choises. Room was excellent and well looked after. Location was great - very centrally located. The grounds and gardens were very well kept.
Some breakfast items could have been hotter - eg sausages. our room wasn't available when we arrived although after 3pm. Pool furniture and umbrellas showing a bit of wear and tear.
