Villa was very spacious with having the outdoor area Great bathroom Nothing to fault. Staff are amazing and food was lovely Will definitely stay again

linen probably needs to be updated especially the towels but were still okay that’s just being a bit picky

nice and quiet villas not far from everything, the included breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was very tasty, the staff were very friendly. Villas cleaned everyday, pool crystal clear and just the right temperature. Showers in the villa were awesome, very powerful and hot.

the beds were quite hard, we asked for a mattress topper which they provided but was still a little hard. The aircon was a bit noisy at night. even though the tv had about 51 channels the quality of most of the channels were poor but i doubt thats the villas fault.

The staff were very friendly and accomodationg, aswell as quick to act with any needs we had. The location was good for the tours we were doing, and overall the villa was a nice room to stay in

The pool needeed cleaning and was quite dirty. Traffic in the Seminyak area made it hard to either leave or return to the villa via car in the afternoons making the trips much longer. The resturant was average, we ended up only having breakfast there and eating out at other resutrants for lunch and dinner that had better quality food.

The staff were outstanding. Honestly the most kind and beautiful people you will ever meet. Absolutely made out stay memorable! I also enjoyed that the resort was slightly out of the main area which made us way more relaxing and quiet, plus the taxi ride to the main strip was only about $2aud!

The only thing I didn’t love was the mattress. I prefer my mattress a bit softer and this one was definitely on the harder side. Not the end of the world though

Our villa was very clean and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful Balinese feel to it. We loved the privacy of having our own pool as well. It was a little out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak which suited us well due to the time of year, we walked into Seminyak most days which is only about 2km. the staff were very welcoming, accomodating and the breakfast was good. We look forward to staying again on return to Bali.

the stuff was very caring and polite. villa was comfortable and specious.

the pool was dirty. we asked the stuff to clean it but they just took out the leaves from the trees. spa was great but at that moment jacuzzi water was quite cold so we ended our spa treatment earlier. overall I think this wasn't 5 star villa experience.
