Staff were lovely, massages good, breakfast good and staff helpful.

Water fountain didn't work in pool not sure how to turn on. But that was just one small detail and we forgot to ask!

We had a lovely spacious and clean room. The pool area was delightful.

It was advertised that we could get a bucket of Bintang beers delivered but the lighter version of beer was not available.

Not much to like tbh

There were parts of the room poorly maintained, music could be heard from the other hotels day and night (very loud). Breakfast that was supposed to be included didn't come the second last day. On the first day of our stay it was 30 minutes late and very cold when it arrived. Our last day we checked out early and was supposed to get a breakfast box but that wasn't there for us on check out. The staff would do cleaning at random times and wouldn't take no for an answer if we didn't want them to clean at that time.

The pool is beautiful and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok (nothing special, but it’s free). It’s a nice quiet location within easy access of the beach, W Hotel etc. The TV has Netflix inbuilt.

It’s just… ok. It must tick the boxes for five star but it does not feel five star. At first I was in love with the pool and the surrounding area around the pool. It is a decent size pool and clean, with nice sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom are a novelty that soon wears off. Once the mosquito coils burn out, there are lots of mosquitos, so going to the bathroom at night or making a coffee in the morning is like running the dengue fever gauntlet. They should provide extra mosquito coils (and matches) so you can keep them going. No robes, some used thongs instead of slippers, no iron. Very small room service menu and average food. The furnishings are overdue for an upgrade, everything felt old, faded and dirty (the couch especially - I was not willing to sit on it). There is music playing constantly from somewhere - not sure if it’s a bar or what. I think if you put yourself in the mindset of this being a 4 star accommodation, you can have a nice time. BYO mosquito coils though!

Incredible stay we absolutely loved it! We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa. The breakfast brought to the room each day was delicious and very filling. The room was so beautiful, feels even roomier than the pictures suggest. Free wifi which worked really well. Staff were amazing. Room service was super efficient. Cannot fault this stay.
