bed was extremely comfortable - staff were excellent. charging points in carpark was an added unexpected bonus.
Curtains are falling off their hooks. Mould growing on the window panes. Mould in the shower - base and lower tiles and frame of door. hanging hooks behind the bathroom door are broken. One light in the main room didn't work. Kitchen only had 2 of everything - would have been handy to have 3 or 4 of everything, so we didn't have to wash up every time we used a thing. Rubbish bags supplied are sooo thin, that they break very easily and the smell then permeates through the room.

It was super close to my tennis tournament, there was a big shower, a microwave and the tv had YouTube. Comfortable bed.
The bathroom door hooks were falling off and the shower needed cleaning.

Accommodation was chosen and booked for close proximity to required venue. It was also within walking distance of supermarket, chemist other shops. A great size for 3 adults and 4 children, plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed their stay. :)

Very happy with every aspect of the accommodation at the Quest in Shepparton. The staff and venue are great. Would stay there again in the future.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Noisy airconditioner (it rattled) kept me awake. Pillows not comfortable. Very noisy room : you need double glazing and quieter aircon to make it more peaceful on the side facing Wyndham St, because of the traffic noise. The noise from the room next door (TV, rattling plates etc) was disturbing.

Good location within walking distance of restaurants/cafes, bed comfortable, studio apartment so had a small kitchen, good shower, good secure off street parking. Lots of Corellas flying about against the clear blue skies providing entertainment.
Our room overlooked roof of Dan Murphys, so not particularly attractive view - bins emptied in middle of night, car alarm going off, train honking horn in distance, but probably wouldn't worry someone used to city noises. Some rooms have a balcony - didn't realise an option, so if you'd like to have a wine or a cuppa on the balcony before heading out to dinner, worth asking. Room was expensive at $240 for the night - wasn't any bigger, better or more peaceful than others we've stayed in for a lot less.
