we booked lake view with spa and paid extra for it. it’s our second time we have had a stuff with our booking. the first time someone else was in our room having a shower and the kids walked in this time we didn’t get the right number and the right room.

Not value for money however I contacted the manager re the issues and she resolved them the same day. She was apologetic, understanding and very helpful. We just ended up in the one apartment that is not up to scratch but they are looking at fixing the problems. We have stayed before and will stay again. The other apartments we have stayed in have been excellent.

In such a hot weather the aircon was not working and Also Spa was not working. when we informed to the management about the same on our arrival at the apartment, the management told us that somebody will be assisting us but nobody came during our stay.

Car park tight and with holes everywhere. Trees too close to cars. Hard to get into park if other cars there. Other cars in our allocated car park.

There was no spa as stated in my booking 😕an 2 of our kids didn’t make it up with us due to illness

Very comfortable, great beds, great location opposite the lake!
Some traffic noise over night, but beds were so comfy we slept really well.
Perhaps a hand rail for the stairs - my mum is over 80 and had to be very careful as there was no rail to steady herself on, but the lights on the lower stairs helped - just a small issue that didn’t affect our stay at all xxx

Location
Manager was rude. There were 2 doors. I bolted the front and went through rear on 1st night . The key didnt let me back in and the manager complained on the phone for 10 minutes the inconvenience I was causing her and that different doors have different keys. No signage or advise not to bolt door or that front and back entrance had keys. If anything, she questioned me. Also contacted to say there was no TV remote and she did not respond till next day and then questioned when I last saw it ???? Never offered a solution and I was unable to change channel for the whole weekend. I also had to ask for toilet paper and only one roll in each toilet for a 3 day stay. Very bad service and I will not stay there again
