Fabulous location

Surprisingly the quality of the hotel still keeps in a very good shape (both hardware & software) after so many years in Melbourne! The service standard is still very high end & professional and efficient! Well done

The noise from next room’s bathroom when we were sleeping! The acoustic issue has to be resolved!! First complain about the noise - the staff immediately changed another nice room (the top floor) for us but there was still noise issue from next room 🙁

The location was definitely good and the breakfast buffet was not bad either. Will be nice to have more kid friendly dishes - i.e mini pancakes, smaller waffles and etc. Loved the indoor pool, especially the heated jacuzzi pool and the sauna facilities during the winter season.

They should be providing basic bathroom amenities such as cotton bud and room slippers, And also, not a fan of their practice to change bed covers after 3 nights stay. While I know I can request for daily change of bedsheet covers, I personally feel that changing bedsheet covers every day should be mandatory and keep the idea of changing the bedsheet after every 3 nights stay as an option instead.

Location, most definitely. It was convenient to walk to anywhere. If you are into luxury shopping, the big brand names are just along side the hotel, making it super convenient (coz shopping closes at 5 pm). Lune is just across the street so you can decide when to queue (coz there’s always a queue). Room is big. Stayed on the 27th floor, King Room with river view. Beautiful view of the Yarra River and you can see the entire landscape of Melbourne. Bed is comfortable. They provide Balmain soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Gym is very well equipped, nice and comfortable.

Pillows are too soft. Breakfast, though the spread was good, but it was the same spread for the 5 days we stayed there.

We have our rooms with the tennis court and church view. I love how friendly the restaurant staffs are and how they offered barista coffee/drinks right away. Superb range of breakfast options. My mum likes the nasi goreng so much that she said it tastes better than any other Asian restaurants in Melbourne. My vegetarian daughter had a wide variety of options for her. She really likes the plain mie goreng and different types of cheeses available.

The swimming pool area is too small and not suitable for small kids but the changing rooms and shower rooms are clean and sufficient. No kids club? Or we are not well informed about any facilities for kids, though we managed to entertain the kids by going to the library 600 metres from the hotel.

From start to finish everything was great!! We were able to check in early, the corner room had a nice outlook and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get around with a tram close by and literally the best restaurants on your doorstep.

Location was amazing. Inside of hotel was beautiful. Spa-massage was amazing.

Small room. Very pricy. Stayed at other hotels for $100 less a night and just as nice rooms. The pool area is very outdated and grungy. Would not recommend.

Hotel muito bonito. Atendentes prestativos. Café da manhã excepcional e muito variado. Concierge atencioso. Precisei sair mais cedo 1 dia e fizeram um box de café da manhã para levar( não se comparava em nada com a qualidade e variedade do buffet mas valeu a intenção )

I requested a trundler bed three times, once when checking in and then with customer service and housekeeping and never got one. I paid for three people and had one bed.

well situated for our trip to Melbourne. was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Room big enough to be very comfortable, with lots of extra things to make our stay happy. Nicely appointed and great view.

very costly, but that was expected being in the middle of Melbourne. We went away from the hotel for food and drink as it was too expensive, however, there are plenty of options in Melbourne for all tastes.

Everything was on point. Room was cozy and homely. Not sterile. Internet worked amazing. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

No body wash and hand wash liquid in the bathroom.Had to use shower gel from the shower.

Our view from the room was fantastic. Right across the river and there was so much to see. In addition the large picture window made the room beautifully light. Great facilities and very comfy beds.

The cafe was very expensive. $15 for a cup of tea and a cup of coffee and then a 20 minute wait for change as I paid in cash.

Disappointed following our recent anniversary dinner at your restaurant on March 9, 2024. Unfortunately, our special evening was repeatedly interrupted by an unexpected guest – a mouse. As we celebrated our anniversary, another couple and ourselves witnessed a mouse scurrying across the floor several times, which was quite surprising and unsettling. Despite assurances from your staff that the hotel manager would be informed, no one reached out
