Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir sind vor dem offiziellen CheckIn angekommen und konnten bereits alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen. Die Lage mit direktem Strandzugang hat uns am besten gefallen.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was für 3 Nächte jedoch absolut ausreichend war. Wenn man ein Zimmer ohne Pool oder Meerblick hat, schaut man in einen Palmenhof, was ganz schön ist nur leider haben die Gäste ihre Zigaretten in den Hof geworfen. Wahrscheinlich nicht einfach für das Personal, das sauber zu halten.

Flöhe im Bett. Mussten zum Arzt Lautstarke im Frühstücksrestaurant unerträglich zu wenig Licht im Zimmer sehr distanziertes Personal Einige Gäste klopften mehrmals nachts an unserer Tür.

It was a nice walk to the beach, not too far from some nice restaurants. Most of the staff were friendly and the massage was enjoyable.

Hotel photos looked amazing but it's a lot smaller in life, The room was very dusty, found bunches of hair on the floor on the first day. It was meant to be a sea view room but more of a side sea view room if that. The plug socket by the bed wasn’t working, The toilet ventilation didn't work. Half of the equipment at the spa was broke or out of use, Facilities in spa look tired, rusty damp and had paint falling off plus you had to pay to use the spa. The pillows were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. 4 star hotel at best.

the whole experience was fantastic, the hotel was great in every way, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was veery clean and housekeeping were super efficient. they even left us a note on our last night with a small desert as a thank you, i would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff calling us after 11pm as they forgot to give us a receipt to sign to add some drinks to the room bill - it could have waited until the next day!

loud group of drunks at the bar at only 7pm putting their own music on a speaker and no one from the staff said anything. everyone else on the rooftop were fed up with the noise but nothing got done

The room was very clean and luxurious. It gets cleaned by the staff every morning with fresh towels and bedsheets. The pools are amazing to swim or relax in, even after a message or wellness ;) Breakfast is also good! Alot of choice and everything is fresh

Ultra modern

Too many stairs and distances to walk. Beautiful areas and lovely landscaping. The place was dead. Some piano music live would have helped. Putting course impossible. Pool could be heated. Buffet not always available.

Everything you can imagine is best in this hotel. From facilities, comfort, luxury, staff, food, location to price.

the rooms were fabulous, the staff were brilliant and the breakfasts were great.

The PEOPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL. we loved the little hike down to the beach.

The hotel has spacious rooms with great views. The breakfast was delicious; you have a great selection of different foods. I also liked the indoor pool and gym. Hotel is located near beautiful beach and in a quiet area. I definitely recommend the hotel if you are planning a trip to Algarve.

I was here in January (low-season time) and you definitely need a car because all the restaurants nearby are closed and the center of Albufeira is around 2 km away. The housekeeping service was a bit slow (we left the room in the morning and in 2.30 pm the room still wasn’t tidy). Also, you need to bring the swimming cap with you if you want to use indoor pool. You can also buy it in a hotel (5 € per unit).

we had a fantastic break at this excellent hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities and general standard excellent. Though away from Albufeira centre, courtesy transport was available several times/ day. Having a car suited our own needs but we like to get out and about and see things. The grounds were beautiful and offered space and relaxation with several lit boardwalk paths down to the local beach. Great all round thanks.
