Clean smelling room as soon as we walked through the door, refurbished, comfy beds, big spa bath. Was perfect for our one night stay, would stay again. Nasi Goreng with sticky pork was delicious.

There was no air on in the kids room It was very cold and I felt bad to sleep in a room with air con while my kids were freezing in the next room My husband and I ended up sleeping in the kids room and we let the kids occupy the master bedroom

Location and staff

As my husband is unsteady on his feet we found the bed on wheels very unstable so he didn't feel at ease especially at night if he wanted to go to the toilet incase it moved and he would fall so instead of staying 2 nights we only stayed 1 because he was going to sleep in the car had we stayed maybe the wheel should have locks on them or little carpet coved cups under them to stop scratching an moving it's just a suggestion as we have stayed with you before and never had that problem we were in room 22 THANKS

close to everything you need, it looked very fancy in the reception, very lovely receptionist and easy check in and out, our bed was very comfy

when we arrived at our room, we was disappointed to see that the room didn’t look anything alike to what it does on the website. Instead of a light wooden theme it was a dark wooden theme. In the photos the tv was on the wall and ours was on the drawers. The walls were dark blue, and the carpet was just so much different.
