The location was very convenient and especially nice being located near Middleton Beach. Was also not far from the city centre.

Beds are uncomfortable for our liking but that a personal preference. Needs more comfortable couches for the lounge room.

Spaciousness and comfort. Value for money. Easy to book and enter property.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Beds very comfortable. Sleep quality was very good. Bed linen appeared both new and clean. When we made the booking we were a little concerned about possible traffic noise from road but barely noticeable. Laundry bathroom & toilet nicely updated, as was the kitchen both clean and well equipped. Enjoyed cooking on the induction cooktop. Although can opener definitely needs replacing!

What I didn't like. Rear sunroom a bit of a mess unfinished and shabby. The table on rear deck, whilst perfectly serviceable, has seen much better days. Also noted a lot of bugs caught in cobwebs on rear deck area. Squeaky floor boards make it very difficult to move about quietly. Especially at 3AM. As stated earlier overall place presented as clean. However under bed in at least one of the bedrooms a significant amount of dust. " Dust devils" frequently blowing out from under the bed. My wife and I were travelling with elderly relatives and I had to build a step out of retaining wall blocks I found in the back yard as step up to the verandah was that little bit too high at their age. Get the feeling that the whole place is a a work in progress. With upgrades being gradually addressed. I guess the one criterion that really matters is would I start here again? The answer is yes, just need to pay a bit more attention to the finer detail.

The cottage was cosy, in a great location and welcoming. Comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, a massive backyard for the dog and kids (both welcome). All amenities covered from dishwasher to washer, dryer and the kitchen was fully organised. Very well priced.

Everything. Very close to all shops, beautiful home with lots of space for kids and doggo. Perfect way to end our family honeymoon 🥰

The fridge was a bit noisy when the thermostat kicked in.

Good location, close to beaches and town. Refurbished Kitchen and Bathroom were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at salt 112. It was very modern and felt very welcoming. It’s located in one of Albany’s nicest suburbs, Middleton Beach. The beach is an easy 10min walk and the town is a short scenic drive away. The huge enclosed backyard was a bonus for our dogs and the fish & chip shop down the road was very convenient.

Perhaps a larger and comfier couch would improve the accomodation.

The house was lovely, clean and welcoming. Beds super comfy and it was in a great location.. It was so good to be able to bring our dog with us.

I think there could be a step or small ramp installed to the front balcony so it wasn't such a big step up for my mother and would make it easier to carry heavy bags into the house. Also another set of keys would be handy as we had an incident with ours.

Location, location, location

We loved it even before the renovation and now it’s even better! We spent time there with friends and it had everything we needed. It also has a great back garden for pets! See you next time, Mark!
