Booked for 3 people only given 2 towels, when we asked receptionist for another towel she rudely refused and walked off

Bathrooms had been cleaned with strong bleach, which was heavy throughout room.
Restaurant was closed and property is not in town so required driving to eat.

2.Arrived..place locked.no one there.
3. Rang night number and was told that someone would come to issue keys.
4.Waited for half an hour..nobody came.
5 Was sat in the car outside with ill relation for the entire time.

7.Called into Ibis on way home next day and after much persuasion they paid me the difference in prices.
8.There was no meal facility at Ibis. No Breakfast..and Restaurant closed.

Dark shower curtain in Rm 9.....once drawn it makes it very dim in the shower....a white one would be a better choice.

Good location, spacious,
The shower took 10 mins for the water to get warm, then when somone flushed the toilet or used the sink the water went scolding hot. There were people/guests right out the front in the carpark working on their car driving around and around the car park up until about 11pm.

The room.s were spacious and well set out.
Not well set up for people with a disability....ramps, shower chairs and raised toilets are a must for accessibility. Or proper accessible rooms need to be created. Wheel in showers, grab rails, removable side rails for beds would be an awesome addition.

Very comfortable, clean and a good sized room. Receptionist very friendly, helpful and information freely about the area. Answered all questions.
The noisy road with the traffic. They can't help that, but if you're wanting a room to sleep, ask for a room away from the main road. We were out the front up on the second floor and it was too noisy.

I could have my dogs with me & the bed & pillows were super comfy.
I had not checked there was no microwave or cutlery & the room was quite small.

Rooms were clean and location was well positioned to city center and the rest of Albany. Staff were friendly and showers were nice and hot. I gave it 5 rating because you are there to get a good night sleep otherwise would have given it a 7.
The Beds where very old and very uncomfortable. Springs pushing against your back. Very bad did not sleep at all. Esecially needed a good night sleep after a big hike.

Traffic on Albany Highway a bit noisy from rooms close to the highway but guess that’s out of the hotel’s control.
