Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very central. Lots of parking.

Kids were very noisy in next room and Beds not too comfortable and carpet in corridors

Brekfeast tasted good bit spoiled with the uncleanness of the restaurant and I mean dirt.

For a 4 star hotel in modern era the price I paid 265 euro for 1 night to be met with paintwork crumbling on skirt board in room. A bathroom door with plain glass covered with a net curtain which you can actually still see through. Tiles in the bathroom with grout missing. A towel radiator with grout or plaster built up on it. A tv that would need glasses to see. Mirrors in the restaurant covered in stains as if some splashed coffee or tea and nobody bothered to clean afterwards.

Room Was Nice and breakfast was ok. Evening food was very good.

Value for money was poor

Hotel was perfect, lovely clean bedrooms. Comfy beds, good shower, good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Only downfall the weekend we stayed was that the lift was out of order, nobody around to maintain it. We were on the 3rd floor. Fixable problem. There seemed to be construction work going on.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and a real credit to the hotel.

Although it wasn't the fault of the hotel, it wasn't nice to be woken by the sound of a fire alarm that was accidentally set off.

Comfortable room, with adequate coffee and tea making facilities. A clean bathroom which was great and the food and drink prices are reasonable

It could do with more USB sockets for phone charging. The one in the room was inadequate.

Pool facilities

Very little engagement by the waiting staff during dinner time. Food was served before the drinks. Had to wait 40 minutes for drinks.  After room service, our room smelled disgusting, and a cleaning sponge was left in the sink. Someone has stolen my shirt and a towel in the pool's changing room.

The staff were very friendly and we dined in the bar in front of a gorgeous fire and the food was really good.

Hard to find the official car parking for hotel. Particularly at night time.

i was given the wrong information on arrivel about gym and pool times so when i went to you use the facilitys i only got 15 minutes this was very disapointing as sauna and the pool are my deciding factors when booking a hotel ...
