Poorly maintained and very damp

Great location & professional staff. Breakfast was great, the hotel is beautiful and having a beer at the bar was cozy. The bed was truly amazing, one of the most comfortable I have had at a hotel. The shower and facilities were superb and it's just a short stroll to the town center.

At times it was hard to get service at the bar in the evening.

I wish I could give the hotel an 11. I love this place. It was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our 2 week tour of Ireland. It was cozy and romantic. They had the fireplaces on in every room including the terrace. Breakfast was made to order but quick and the staff very attentive. The location is wonderful. A short 5 minute walk to town.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Only complaint I could stay is the parking lot is small and the spaces are very hard to get into, but they did have parking and it was free!

Location is perfect, close enough to walk into town and a short drive to the Muckross house and Killarney national park.

Pas grand chose.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux et on nous a donné une chambre avec 3 lits double, horrible. On nous a proposé un surclassement avec une chambre collé a l’ascenseur donc extrêmement bruyante. De l’amateurisme pour un 4 étoiles. Et petit déjeuner très moyen. Personnel peut aimable. Extrêmement déçu.

The Hotel itself looked very nice

When I booked this hotel it was not made clear that we would actually be staying in a house 5 mins walk from the hotel, which was more like a squat than anything ,no heating or hot water for showers ,worst place i have ever stayed, the Staff i suggest need to attend a customer care course although the manager i spoke with seemed genuine and honest as he tried to resolove the issues . One lesson i have learned is to read through all details of booking once i receive comfirmation .

Our room was warm, cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is an easy walk from Killarney Town centre, so it's great to leave the car behind and walk into town

We understood that we had reserved a townhouse with them but...we were at least a mile down the road from the main building! How were we supposed to use the facilities? Get in our car or walk in our swim suits to the pool, restaurant or bar! How could we have room service?! The guy at the front desk was rude. He gave us the key, a map( yes, a map) to get to the room and an envelope with instructions amd turned away, like good luck! We did not stay. We rebooked a room in town at Murphys pub. That was wonderful. Bar and restaurant downstairs Everything within walking distance. Very costly mistake!!

it was clean and comfortable. staff were excellent specially receptionist Maria💐 the room is nice spacious and clean 

had Coffee machine but did have capsules. I stayed in business suite! due to the climate change they need to think of installing air conditioning unit the room was roasting and the wind only left open about 2 inches. brake fast wasn’t nice the menu is from the old days and the quality is poor, they need to change it.

The bed was comfortable and it was nicely cleaned.

Wi-Fi was so bad you could barely connect. Could not use it. The location was further away from the main hotel than I expected and the front door lock to the main building was malfunctioning so it couldn’t be locked. I also felt the room amenities were scant. They offered coffee in the main hotel if you went over there but it was quite far so instant coffee in the room would have been nice. This place just paled in comparison to other places we stayed in Ireland for a similar price point.

House and room was absolutely gorgeous

We booked the Randles Hotel. We were put in the Randles Town House. A good walk away. No atmosphere there. Breakfast was extra at the hotel. (we didn't avail of same) People should be aware of what they get when booking.!
