Room was warm and needed cooling

The location is easy to catch the tram and walk to Docklands and Spencer mall

The bed was two singles pushed together. One side was not even and spent three nights sleeping on the frame and firm.

Great Location quiet and comfortable.

Close to the railway station (3 minute walk) but a quiet location. The rooms well appointed and clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. The staff very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely bookmark this hotel as our first choice for future visits to Melbourne.

I called ahead to check I could drop my bags off early & spend the day in the city shopping, as a lovely surprise my room was ready for me when I arrived & I was able to check in earlier than planned.

There wasn't any signage away from the motel, so when I was looking for the motel after leaving Southern Cross station, it was a bit of guess work & following my phone. I never found the elevator to access the street the motel was on & I had to use all those stairs.

Right behind the Southern Cross station but very quiet location. Was perfect to be able to walk into the central city, alternatively we took Lime scooters everywhere :) Staff were friendly and the hotel seemed very quiet and low key with no hustle and bustle.

Werent in the hotel long enough to not like anything.

Fist of all room was meant to be ready at 3ppm ! Did not get in there till 3:30pm which I had to chase up as well! After a long day this is not good enough!!

Great location for NYE...staff very helpful and easy check in. Buffet breakfast was fabulous after a big night out..

very accommodating when given a room on floor 13 and semi joking i played the superstition card and i was moved to floor 8 ..

nothing comes to mind ? i didn't say long (1 night) so all was as expected

-Les photos de l'établissement ne reflètent pas tellement la réalité. -Chambre trop bruyante (nous entendions en permanence les trains en gare) -Équipements de la chambre vieillissant -Rideaux sale et très poussiéreux. -Situation géographique de l’hôtel excentré de la ville et ruelle pour y accéder sombre. -Qualité moyenne de thé et café dans la chambre -Qualité du petit déjeuner assez décevante.

The location and the staff were really nice.

The bathroom facilities were atrocious. Literally mould all in the shower and the bathroom sink was pretty awful too

The location was okay. The staff were pleasant enough and the lift was easy to access at anytime of the day. Relatively quiet room too, but room service knocking on the door at 9.30 was a little annoying.

Bedding was lacklustre, everything didn't feel like it was cleaned enough walking in. Kind of felt dirty particularly in the bathroom and shower surrounds.

The staff were very lovely and helpful! The beds were pretty comfortable! Accommodating with early check-in (has 2 very tired kids). Was nice and close to everything. The bathroom was cleaned well.

A couple of hot chocolate sachets wouldn't have gone a stray instead of just tea and coffee. Room service seemed to just change the towels over, kinda though they might have made the beds nice and gave a quick vac. (These are such minor things we enjoyed our stay)

Staff very accomodating as we arrived well before check in time and left well after check out time. We were able to leave our bags and they even allowed us to change clothes before heading to the airport. Location was great, close to transport and DFO shopping complex

Only downside was that the aircon in our room was a bit noisy

- the location! (very convenient!) - room service (we did not expect our beds to be made every day, or for our tea and coffee to always be replenished! This was a real bonus!) - Staff always very accommodating and friendly!

We weren't able to open a window! Although there was air-con, we did miss some fresh air coming through our room.
