I really liked this hotel, have been to Melbourne many times and will def stay here again.I stayed 4 nights. Staff were very friendly. Decor of the hotel - you walk in and its just so inviting, modern and cool but exudes warmth. Rooms- I think they have thought of everything very comfortable bed. The gym is small but more than suffice ( the equipment is clearly very new) Very close to tram, very short walk to South Bank, felt very safe and certainly great for solo travellers, families and all ages. The common sitting area is really lovely to just relax with a laptop or book, and a glass of wine or coffee. Breakfast provided had a very good selection, and their restaurant ( bistro ) space is lovely.

Elegimos esta cadena pues habíamos tenido una muy buena experiencia en bali. Las red flags comenzaron cuando los contactamos para pedirles un taxi al aeropuerto y avisar que nuestro check in sería tarde. Demoraron muchísimo en contestar. Al llegar al hotel, no nos ayudaron a entrar las maletas y eso que íbamos con nuestros padres mayores de edad. Tampoco se dignaron a saludar. A mis padres le entregaron una pieza con el lavamanos tapado y el anillo de wc desencajado. Una noche descubrimos q la cama había sido solo estirada dado que la prte de abajo estaba salida.

The service was exceptional from allowing early check-in to the complimentary drinks! The room was perfect, classy, comfortable, and loved the king bed with a view! The breakfast was great! Fantastic location close to trams and the southern cross train station! With an easy walk into the hustle and bustle! Would definitely stay again

Great location, central to flinders Street and Spencer Street, tram only 2 minute walk on flat. Close to convenience stores and Southern Cross train station. Beds were lovely and comfy, we both had a double bed each which was great. Bathroom was modern and clean, lovely lighting in the bathroom vanity mirror. Robes and slippers were a lovely touch. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice.

No plugs close to mirror in main room to style hair but two plugs available in bathroom.

Everything was quite perfect, from check in to checkout. Great room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast and great location.

Despite being on the top floor the view we got was onto other rooms across the internal yard. We felt quite exposed and kept our blind down the whole time.

Beautiful size for two in a twin room. Lovely and quite, with no noise from surrounding rooms. Great location for easy access into the city on the tram, sky bus to and from the airport and trains to greater Melbourne. Definitely would stay again!

Modern and very friendly staff.

The remodelling of the place looks awesome but the some attention is needed on some fixtures ie power point in the bathroom wasn’t installed properly and the shower screen needs adjusting so that water is not spilling out into the bathroom.

The property looks very clean and modern. It is situated right in the CBD so, going around places is easy.

Although the property looks really good however, the speaker in the room (JBL) that was provided wasn’t even working. The toiletries that they have provided was only good for one person (except for the shampoo, lotion and soap which were in big plastic bottles). Those disposable things that you usually get from a hotel were provided but only one set was given to us (there’s two of us in a room. Two paying adults). Most hotels i have stayed in would provide multiple sets of toiletries and disposable stuffs to all paying adults. They would even refill them the next day whether you use them or not. But with this one, they also didn’t refill them. I was really disappointed.

Room was big, which allowed me and my family member plenty of personal space. I also like that there is a dressing area outside the bathroom away from the sleeping area. You can do your changing and dressing up here in private.

The room was great. Large bed, big TV and plenty of space.

The service from the restaurant Sirroco was below par.
