Clean tidy rooms, excellent breakfast, approachable staff. Top job.

Excellent location, good attentive staff and manager Radeu, was organisationally excellent as well as being personable. Breakfast excellent. Well run and makes for a pleasant stay.The pool is clean and well appointed and a bonus.

For the price and location cant think of anything.

If the WiFi reached the rooms that would be an improvemtand the parking situation is ridiculous.

Lovely little pool, nice bonus. Room (11), spacious, very clean with a nice bathroom. Bed very comfortable with good quality linen. Breakfast was good. Staff at tentative and welcoming.

Shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold and how the shower screen was made it dangerous to exit the bath. The breakfast was poor and getting your tea from an urn made it feel like a village hall. The bar area was cold and heartless so there was no where really to sit and relax apart from our room.

Swimming, breakfast, parking included what more can you ask for? Staff were exceptional, kind and helpful all throughout, would come back here even if we weren't going to Canterbury, it's an excellent base to explore Kent. Did I mention the location? Didn't need to worry about the shockingly extortionate car parking in Canterbury....

Furniture in the room were a bit dated, but that's a really minor quibble

Everything was fine. Would stay there again.

Food was great: amazing breakfast, coffee that exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely kind and supportive. And having a heated pool in the hotel was a very nice surprise.

The location was a bit on the outskirts and the road the hotel is located on is a tad noisy, but then again - not a surprise.

The staff are excellent, they are helpful and smile all the time, delicious breakfast hotel style 5 stars, indoor swimming clean and flexible opening hours. We are a family of four and a dog. It was an excellent stay for us, and value for the money.

Single glazed window, the area is not so busy, so it was okay, but occasionally, you can hear the traffic and morning birds singing. It was nice but too early.

Great breakfast, spotted clean bathroom.

Tv was too small, a small fridge would be handy in the bedroom.

Lovely old hotel with extensive grounds. Made to feel welcome with our dog too.

The Staff was amazing Simona makes our stay perfect! The pool is so comfy and relaxing. Thank you for the birthday celebration chocolates :)
