Everything was perfect. Excellent location in the city centre, hosts left loads of information with recommendations of local restaurants, some of which we went to and are definitely worth visiting, things to do and general information. Bed is super comfortable, and the living room is spacious and a great space to relax in. One of the best places we have ever stayed and has made the trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely look to come back

great location for the Marlow theatre! you can literally see it out of the bedroom window, nice view of the cathedral in the large window in the living room. Bed really comfortable.

A very spacious one-bedroom apartment which has been upgraded recently. The modern kitchen with new appliances was very convenient. The bedroom and toilet were also modern and new. A very comfortable stay with good heating during winter. Located near The Marlowe theatre, it is a two minute walk to High Street and centre of Canterbury town. We used the Pound Lane Carpark two minutes away for overnight parking.

The garbage disposal arrangements were not very clear as the bins area was locked on most days.

Difficult to drop off luggage but I need to learn to travel light!

Had a big issue with finding and booking parking. Would recomwnd booking parking first before booking rooms as all sold out but only found out after booked stay.

The rubbish cupboard, located by the front door, was very smelly and permeated up the stairs.

Parking is tricky in Canterbury. Not the owners fault! She was very helpful in advising where best to park.

Stairs I like lift.

lt’s been my second time at the Penthouse and it keeps exceeding my expectations. A beautiful apartment, with very helpful and kind hosts, very well equipped, super clean, in the best location but mainly, with a really comfortable bed. Can’t wait to go back!
