The Room size was very small, the shower and toilet were together with no screen, the walls were rusty, the tv had only 1 channel, the noise from the rear car park was annoying. There were petrol fumes coming into the room during the night.

super small, suppose you get what you pay for.

so small. for bigger people the bathroom is way to small to really even use the toilet. shower is for short people. my husband is 6ft and he battled to use the facilities.

comfortable bed, little fridge, good hot shower. Excellent range of vending machines

floors a little grubby around the edges, tired shower/toilet area, blind a bit worn. No lift/elevator

Price was affordable

There were some bugs of some sort in the beds. Bathrooms weren’t cleanly with minimal space and there was only one socket.

Location to work place

Bedding the same as it was in summer. No blanket for colder weather. Cannot sleep in a small room with noisy heating on all night. In need of an update as rooms are extremely tired.

There’s no water and no tissue inside the room and very less tissue inside the toilet so I don’t feel good in there

Location suited my needs

Noise level in carpark. Screaming child in hallway. Very inconsiderate patrons. While it is a difficult thing to do it probably should be addressed

Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Seams in Shower wall need to be scrubbed with mould remover - currently in an unhealthy condition.

Room could have been bigger

Nothing. The only reason I haven’t scored the location a ‘0’ is because that’s not possible. The Chinese staff member on reception in the mornings was warm, friendly and helpful, and that makes me ok to give them 1 star.

Everything. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary and I paid $20 per morning for cereal and toast. No hot food. The condition of the property was woeful! Old and downright dilapidated. The hallway stank and the room had stains all over walls and doors. The bathroom shouldn’t even be called that. It was a cubicle that was only a few inches larger than an airplane restroom. Honestly. I know it is Ibis’s budget offering, but I have stayed in Ibis Budget at other locations and they are light years better, cleaner and more comfortable than this!

Bed was comfortable

Room was very run down and felt unclean. Exhaust fan in bathroom was just an open pipe.
