We had a wonderful suite with an amazing view, overlooking the pool area and the sea. The room was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and a nice terrace. The entire holiday complex is reminiscent of a lodge in Africa, the spa offers a variety of opportunities to be pampered and the beach invites you to take long walks.
The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality. The room service also worked well. The staff is helpful and tries to accommodate requests. We'll be back soon!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison da - sprich gutes Wetter und wenig Leute. So hatten wir immer genügend Platz. Das Essen am Buffet war gut und mit Halbpension hatten wir trotzdem die Möglichkeit das Abendessen mit dem Mittagessen am Buffet zu tauschen damit wir auch mal ins Restaurant konnten (mussten das dann einfach selber zahlen). Der Strand und das Pool waren sauber und gross. Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen (1 Stunde ca. 30 CHF)
- Das Badezimmer war weder modern noch sehr hygienisch
- Das Personal war trotz weniger Leute teils überfordert (v.a. in der Bar am Strand). Wir haben mal 40 Min gewartet, bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten
- Unser Zimmer im Hauptgebäude der Reception ist nicht so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. + ist es im Zimmer am Abend sehr laut (Liva-Musik von der Bar im unteren Stock + Musik vom Theater)
- Die Animateure haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, jeden Abend eine Show zu machen. Mit wenig Leute im Hotel hat es aber nicht viel Sinn gemacht und war eher etwas zum fremdschämen
- Ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gab es wirklich gar nichts zu sehen

Not clean, no towels at pool or beach.. we need to pay 20 dollars for 1 towel…no complementary water..no enough towels in the bathroom…we can’t pay over the room we have always to keep holding cash for paying at the pool or caffès … bad service in cafe maure…preference to instagramers than clients….

The hotel is large and focused on the pool area, but the beach is easily accessible. The ample grounds are planted with care, with green islands inside the complex as well as out so it has a slightly jungly feel to it which we liked, and the whole place is well lit at night. The room (a Junior suite) was large, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was erratic - omelettes and pancakes made to order were good - but the coffee was pretty undrinkable. This did not give confidence in ordering meals at the hotel, though there is a nearby supermarket which helped provide food. The room lacked minor 'extras' eg a kettle and tea. Perhaps because there was low occupancy, not all facilities were open and some staff seemed a bit unmotivated eg at the indoor pool failing to offer towels and forgetting to turn on the jacuzzi when we asked.

when we arrived the hotel was super busy but the hotel has plenty of space and it did not feel too crowded at all The buffet had lots of really good food that was refilled quickly. The indoor pool and hamman were very nice (see note below on the decorations)
The Africa themed decor especially in the pool was quite frankly offensive with it's suggestive 3 dimensional mural with bare breasted African women while most of the ladies swimming were wearing burkinis. We were there in march so the outside pool was closed and drained. Which was a bit sad

Demi pension-drinks offered with breakfast but not for dinner.Bottle of water 6dinar and so on.Also the first day there were not so many people and the dinner buffet was passable.Next day there was a wedding and full house.The dinner buffet was different story and exceptional.I dont like that,as long as you charge me the night the same price i want the quality of service independent on how many and who is coming.It is the only hotel in the village.A 4star hotel should have an ATM ,pharmacy,little shop with cigarettes as we couldnt find a taxi and literally nothing in the boring empty village.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. In addition, they add a lot of chemical into the pool to the point that 2 of my swimsuit go yellow stains from the amount of bleach added.
