A pleasant hotel in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful nature. Excellent cuisine, helpful and friendly staff. The all inclusive program offers excellent value for money. We would be happy to return again.

Beds were comfortable, food was good, ample dining and breakfast areas, staff was helpful. The billiard room was great.

We were surprised by the pictures in the lounge. One of them in particular showed a woman with a hangover. No electric kettle or tea in the bedroom,

Location is almost perfect. It's a 5 min walk to the ski resort. They have very large ski rooms with lockers. The coffee is great and also the drinks you get with the all inclusive option. The service is also friendly.

You just have to fight your way through comfort. For a 4 star hotel its dirty. The check in is at 15:00 but at 17:30 the cleaning team was still on my room and when we reclaimed the late check in we were called liars. Got blood stains on my pillow and fungi on the bathroom. Sauna is always closed or cold when needed. The sauna and the floor are sticky so don't forget your flip flops. The food is always warmups from the night before. And since the hotel is partner with another hotel you never know where the breakfast is going to be... Like I said you have to fight your way through comfort.
