Zentral gelegen am Fuße des Fichtelbergs. Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.

Zimmer war für 2 Personen sehr klein. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht,das wenn weniger Personen ein Zimmer belegen man auch weniger zahlt.

Die Lage im Ort und die Nähe zu Loipen und Pisten ist ideal, die Aussicht von den Zimmern aus ist herrlich, das Hotel ist ruhig und schlicht eingerichtet.... Dabei hat man, zumindest in der Suite, allen Komfort, den man sich nach einem Tag im Schnee wünscht.

Eigentlich im Gesamtbild nicht wirklich wichtig, aber das Dekor ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einige Schranktüren schließen nicht mehr, die Heizungen sind schwierig zu regulieren und auf dem Flur und im Restaurant ist oft Zugluft.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit herrlichem Blick zum Fichtelberg .Alle Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.. Essen im Haus war sehr gut. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Great location, good common facilities, good breakfast and dinner. Room were a bit uncomfortable due to the size because we came with equipment for skiing.

Staff is not rude, but does not make you feel welcomed.

We liked the Sauna options.

Very poor selection at the dinner buffet. Barely any fresh produce for a regular salat even. Missing alternatives for vegan diet, unprepared to accommodate and the special order I made with one of the chefs (had given him my table number) never came. All in all simply far too expensive for what was served. breakfast pretty much the same but better selection of fresh fruit. Staff at reception was pretty unpleasant in dealing with customers professionally. Bathrobe was supposedly ready in the room but we had go get it at the reception ourselves. The robes we got where falling apart, parts ripped of and with holes. No glas cups in the bathroom. TV on the wall not adjustable. I consider the bag at check out is a waste of resources and unnecessary.

We have requested one room for our two childeren with two single beds, but got for both one double bed. I have informed the reception about that and probmised to provide two separate beds but didn't do it. The rooms were not cleaned on daily basis inorder to provide more protection for the environment, however even the garbage bin which was supposed to be cleared everyday, was kept untouched. some receiptioniest were not well informed about the current regulation with regards to travelling to Czech and provided us with false information. The majority of guests were old age people and made it uncomfortable to move arround in the hotel and use the facilities.
