Het vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
Best lekker gegeten.
De slaapkamer was heel comfortabele.
Had ik geen tijd om het Spa uit te proberen.

Ligt op een goede locatie qua doorreis, personeel zeer behulpzaam en de kamers van het hotel waren zeer schoon!

We adored this hotel and will stay here again!!! The staff were OUTSTANDING, the facilities exceptional, the location convenient, easy to park, good restaurant, great breakfast, strong wifi, adjustable AC, plugs near the bed, bed-side reading lights and a patio (I chose a room with a patio and it was lovely)! Printed information about the area and the hotel was thoughtfully provided! VERY dedicated and terrific house-keeping staff! Excellent on every level!
We did not end up trying the spa, so I cannot comment on the spa ;-) We loved everything else though!

The location, nearby the A63 and nearby cities with nice restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was small but nice and the airco was fantastic

Great location (close to highway and service station), very nice breakfast, especially according to French standards.
The restaurant was closed in the weekends and the area did not have that many restaurants at walking distance. The ‘spa’ was a bit shabby (though clean enough). Getting the air conditioning to work was nearly impossible, so we had a very hot night.

comfortable and pet-friendly hotel just off the highway, perfect for a layover during our roadtrip. Has two working chargers for electrical vehicles (activation via URL displayed on the charger), which was quite convenient

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. they changed our room to a ground floor room so our elderly dog would not have to climb the stairs to the room.
The food in the restaurant could have been so much better and we did not realize the hotel was so close to the motorway, almost on a trading estate.

The staff was friendly , no problems to find the hotel , big outdoor parking place, nice breakfast clean room with a balcony.
The terrace is not good for people on the wheelchair it has 3 stairs up it has to be said on the booking page, as well they don have a lift going with pets or bags is not easy.

Hotel have furniture in a very bad situation, floor with horribles stains. Restaurant was not open and this was not informed in the website just when i arrived and doing my check-in.
Hotel does not have front desk 24 hours and close the doors at 9 PM so I had to wait the delivery outside of the hotel.
The amount was payed fully instead to consider only the days that I was in the hotel once I required the check-out in advance due to the bad conditions.

terrace was great but curtain didn’t cover full window so light came into room. however room was lovely and bed very comfortable. food was very good and staff were excellent.

it was easy to find and had parking
The hotel is OK but it is on an industrial estate. I wasnt here for the SPA but it did not look like any SPA i have seen.
We had an issue with lack of hot water, which the staff sorted the following day, but there apperaed to be a more significant issue with plumbing as buckets in corridors were catching water from the ceiling

Room a little compact but very clean and comfortable, great for a peaceful one night stay enroute north, also accept dogs.

They were very flexible in changing us to a bigger room in order to take the bicycles with us. That didn't cost extra.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully furnished.
We had to leave early on Saturday at just before 8 o'clock but breakfast at a weekend doesn't start until 8 so we had to leave without breakfast which was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel has no lift so make sure you ask for a ground floor room if stairs are a problem.
