Very convenient hotel right off the motorway, and perfect for a stopover on a long journey. The room was nice and quiet, and the bathroom that I had was everything that I expected it to be

Many bathrooms out of order (shared bathrooms for my type of room), no toilet seats, light chemical deodorizer smell in the room, cigarette smell coming in from the hotel front door area and spreading all over the hotel.

There was an error with the Booking dates. The staff kept us waiting without offering a solution. At 11:00 pm. Absolutely disapointed with the staff of F1 and with Booking. We've lost our money and our time.

Convenient for a very small stay when traveling in the nearest highway if you don't mind to sleep without comfort.

Sewage smell coming from shower (Room with private shower). Shared toilet in corridor out of order. Noise from people waiting in corridors. Rooms are extremely small. Private toilet with shower is too small.

Perfect for a stop over when driving long distances

Quite expensive, the same price as I payed for "Ibis Budget" that I stayed in a couple of months ago, but not as nice an experience as Ibis Budget

the room was so small you hardly had room for suitcases. you have to pay extra for a private bathroom( which we did). but they only give you one towel.

The location was good

When we entered our room we were immediately confronted by a smell of stale cigarette smoke we asked straight away if we could move rooms as being non smokers we found it offensive. The man on the desk looked on the computer but then informed us as they were fully booked there was no other room available and he then followed us back to the room with a deodorising spray, this was inaffective at getting rid of the smell. There was only 1 towel in a double room and when I asked for another I was told that it would incur a supplementary cost. There was a problem with the electric and we had no power or lights for almost 2 hours during the evening, when we asked what was happening to restore the power the man said he didn't know what was causing the problem and was waiting for his colleague to arrive. The electric finally came back on after his colleague arrived. The snack machine that was out of order a week earlier still had not been fixed. And the air-conditioning unit didn't seem to be working correctly as despite being on the lowest temperature possible was just blowing warm air in.

Friendly ,welcoming greeting at the check-in even though arrived late in the night,the receptionist was very friendly, showed and explained as much as cood.

The morning receptionist didn't speak English, haven't asked how was the stay , or anything else. Was confused how to order breakfast so I didn't, as it was difficult to communicate.

The room I had was basic but clean which I didn’t mind it was only somewhere to sleep for the night

I went to go for a shower in the shared facilities and I found poo on the floor of the shower! I know this isn’t the hotels fault I think it just put a real downer on the stay.

I didn't like the noise and the size of rooms, the staff are not good also

The toilet seats as there are none , maybe toilet covers... it's not very nice when you use then toilet after someone has urinated standing up. Also better hand washing facilities in the toilets rather than a disinfectant which was empty...
