Breakfast was TOP, such a great variety. Lake view is amazing, from the room and from breakfast hall

What an exceptional view! The staff is very friendly and the room nice and clean. It had everything I needed and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. And the Restaurant served nice food.

The bed was a little bid on the hard side.

Breakfast was very nice. The restaurant has not too many, but very good options. The view is really nice.

The reception was not open in the indicated opening hours.

the location is superb, assuming you don’t mind a hill! Reception and restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful. overall highly recommend a stay here.

The view over the lake is the best of this hotel. Easy and free parking. Staff friendly and diligent. The WiFi is fast and stable.

The breakfast, weak for the price you paid. The room is very simple, not ostentatious at all.

I love the location. Breakfast is outstanding. Spotlessly clean and tidy. High standard always.

I am accustomed to a kettle and tea making facilities in every other hotel I stay in. If you provide this and an extra blanket, it would be more comfortable. You only allow conference participants use of the tea machine.

A somewhat unpleasant experience, we warned about 5/6 in the afternoon that we would arrive at midnight because we were coming from Geneva, once we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception, some guests who arrived at the hotel just at that time allowed us to enter, We tried to find staff, then a guy told us that a code should have arrived at the email with which it was reserved (but nothing ever came to us except the confirmation of the payment and the reservation, he accompanied us to some lockers that had been outside at the entrance He entered a code and gave us the key, we went to get our bags from the car and we moved to the room, we opened the door and surprise there were other guests there, I closed the door immediately and we returned to look for that boy at the reception and We never found it, there were other people there, we didn't understand it. No one appeared to solve it. We had to return with all our things to a small reception near the rooms. To think what we did, we took a phone that was in reception and we began to call different numbers, they answered and that person said that he would solve the problem that at 12 midnight, it was 3:30 a.m. there and no one appeared, ( I was pregnant, super tired, angry and very stressed) at the end a lady appeared who had to find another room and set it up because it was individual, our reservation was for a double room. The amount as he could resolve by giving us a room that was not reserved, we managed to shower and go to rest a little, in the morning we made the claim and they told us that that night there was no "charge" between one thing and another we only used the room some hours. But for the very nice hotel, very simple, super nice views, great variety for breakfast. Despite the bad, I recommend the hotel, although they should improve the customer service system.

View was good from public areas, location in country side was nice

Accomodation a bit like motel

The location and the view over the lake are the best of this hotel. Simply stunning. The staff was very friendly and diligent. The breakfast was correct, fresh food, nice coffee (appreciated). Free parking. Internet fast and easy to connect.

The rooms are very simple (maybe spartan is the best adjective) if you are looking for a luxury place this isn't a place for you. Don't bother me at all, but is important for some people.
