Location was great
Second time I go there and they don't honor the 15% discount I was entitled to on f&b. Rooms are old despite their claims that they were newly renovated, our room wasn't new for sure.

Well, we enjoyed the breakfast. We were assisted by Mr. Arman nicely.
The worst check-in & unwelcoming front desk officer...
We booked 3 rooms with family & friends. Normally, we would request if possible to get rooms next to each other or atleast to be on the same floor & requested for twin beds as we are with kids. He said, WE ARE ASKING TOO MUCH. Finally we got rooms 812, 712 & (803-was nicely assisted by another lady officer, where they checked-in earlier than us) - pretty close. The officer is wearing eyeglasses WITHOUT a nameplate. He should not be in that place as he doesn't know how to make the guests feel welcome. He started our stay with very bad vibes, so how would you appreciate the rest of your stay, He ruined it!!!
Note: it was just one of the "attitudes" thrown on us by this officer.
Mr. Shahid also was not good & gave us the same bad impression when we are trying to get our Yas Beach passes. As I had enough with the first guy, i told him, I am going to give a very good review about this... Then, he started being nice & apologized; why, because he heard about the review???

good spread of breakfast with nice Indian mix. Spacious room. But we had taken an extra bed in the room. That could have been a bit more sturdier.

The view and the balcony
Upon arrival, we eagerly opted to upgrade our room to the Deluxe suite, enticed by promises of sweeping views over the Yas golf course and lagoon. Excitement brimmed as we settled in, but our enthusiasm was soon dampened by a disappointing discovery. A flick of the shower mixer revealed it was stubbornly stuck on scalding temperatures, rendering our ablutions an unexpected challenge.
Despite our repeated calls to the front desk, our pleas for assistance went unanswered, forcing us to abandon our pre-dinner preparations and seek refuge elsewhere. The following morning, hopeful for a swift resolution, we ventured out after breakfast, only to return to find the issue unresolved.
While the eventual repair of the shower mixer brought a sigh of relief, another inconvenience soon surfaced. My wife, in her pursuit of grooming perfection, found herself thwarted by the lack of accessible power outlets near any mirrors—a necessity for any hairdrying endeavor. Our attempts to rectify this oversight were met with a disappointing response citing safety regulations, a fact we were well acquainted with from our travels.
However, the irony of plentiful sockets scattered around the room, coupled with the solitary full-length mirror inconveniently located in the corridor, was not lost on us. Despite our persistence, it was only after repeated requests that we were begrudgingly provided with a modest extension cord by housekeeping, a token gesture that came at the cost of precious time and a missed lunch reservation.
In the end, while the Deluxe suite offered stunning vistas, it was marred by a series of inconveniences and a lackluster response to our concerns, leaving us with a bittersweet impression of an otherwise promising stay.

Lovely pool. Wonderful staff and a nice big room with a comfy bed. We had a wonderful view too so overall we had a great stay.
Out toilet got stuck on flush mode. We had to have it fixed twice by staff. That was annoying.
The hotel was very full and felt slightly understaffed at breakfast in particular.

Alles war gut. Allerdings würde ich den nahegelegenen Strand Yas Beach nicht empfehlen.

Im Fahrstuhl könnte die Rezeption besser ausgeschildert sein. Beim 2. und 3. Mal merkt man sich das jedoch.

We didn’t stay at the property as last year we had a top floor club room and asked for same this year. Arrived after a long travel to find the ground floor reception of the hotel and the 3 top floors closed. The club lounge was in a restaurant with no view and the room offered was not on club floor. We had to move to Crowne Plaza for our stay. Why would the hotel or booking.com not inform us of major renovations I had messaged the hotel 2 weeks before to ask for same room next to lounge and was not told then either. A very stressful and disappointing experience as the hotel was chosen because of the Yas Links views.

2. When I called room service and asked for empty glasses for champaigne, they said they charge 20 AED or so for that which seemed completely unacceptable for me - I have never experienced it in any hotel

The rooms, the horrible was the breakfast the service during the breakfast service was Poor, the breakfast room looks like on the Army camp , the cue for the omelette was about 25 minutes.(ONLY ONE GUY FOR PREPARING , the food VERY POOR Quality.

We did not like the breakfast !not much to choose ! And it’s first time I experienced that if you wanna some cutlery from room service you have to pay for it???!!! Why? Am I buying the cutlery later to take with me ???! It’s really not good at all !!

Breakfast was great. Staff were really helpful. Unfortunately whilst we had access to the Executive Lounge it was closed so we had to get snacks and drinks from the coffee shop in reception but the staff dealt with it well.
The pool was being refurbished whilst we were there but we used the Park Inn pool and it was great.
This is the second time we've stayed with you this year and will definitely be back.
Access to the Executive Lounge. It's nice to sit up there on an evening.

The view in our room is great, seeing the racetrack and the city. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, and had all the amenities we needed. They provided extra bed for us which was well appreciated. Location of the hotel is close to the theme parks (WB World, Ferrari World) and they also have complimentary bus shuttles to these parks as well as to Yas Mall. Staff were very helpful and they even gave us a free cake to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary!
Location, while close to Yas Island attractions, is actually quite far from other sites in Abu Dhabi (such as Presidential Palace and Grand Mosque). Breakfast options weren't very exciting either.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and there was never any queuing even at the busiest times.
Our room was clean and had a beautiful sea view.
We ate in the Belgian Cafe which was also really nice.
We would definitely stay again.
Disappointed the pool was closed which was not advertised when we booked our room. We were able to use the pools at the Crowne Plaza and the Park Inn instead.
