4ième séjour au Lago, mais tout est changé, nous avons du attendre 1 heure devant la porte fermée de l'hôtel la réception n'ouvrant qu'à 17h30 - aucun effort du personnel d'un 3 étoiles pour ouvrir avant. Le restaurant décris sur le site booking était fermé. Amabilité limite du personnel qui nous a dit "d'aller manger au village".
Comme à l'habitude, BOOKING ne vérifie pas le niveau des établissements et se contente de répondre "nous nous basons sur l'avis des clients..." Mais les avis peuvent différé, selon la saison, l'étage de votre chambre, ou le changement d'actionnaire.

The location and the views are great, also the heating was quite good.
The room have a kitchen but is totally empty so this was not useful at all. unfortunately the second night there was a teenager party so I couldn’t sleep until it finished maybe 2 am can’t remember.

The breakfast was very minimal and the room was very hot with only a small window covered by wood from the outside.

Friendly staff and a good location. Great location for bike rides and hiking.
Check- Inn/out process is very poorly managed. The room was so hot that it made the stay very uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very basic and not worth of paying for. Overall a bit disapointing experience.

Check in ….the place was deserted when we arrived at 5 .10 …..(I did find later that checkin was after 5 .30 ) but expected there to be someone there. Restaurant was closed,

Great location - next to the small lake, a little out of the way so you could enjoy the peace and quiet. Nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice. Free parking just outside the building.

The room was nice and clean, and the location was nice although a bit noisy.
There is no one at the reception, no one to check in or help us with information. however the cook who checked us in is super helpful!

Location and hotel service was very good.
Thank you very much to the hotel staff who did our evening check-in - although I got the dates wrong when I made the reservation - the staff behaved perfectly.
The view from the hotel to the mountains was amazing . We enjoyed our stay.
The only thing for which we give a small minus is breakfast - very little choice and monotony - perhaps this is an issue related to the pandemic of covid. However, this did not affect our overall positive assessment of the stay.

Fantastic location, on a peaceful lake, surrounded by woods, and yet 15’ from a Cortina d’Ampezzo (by car) and about 10’ walk from the center of San Vito di Cadore.
The restaurant was clean and safe (we are writing in a Covid 19 period), and the cuisine was very nice, with regional recipes.
The service was super friendly and professional.
The restaurant is just in front the lake, enchanting view.

Very nice place to stay. The chalet is located next to a small lake, in a valley, in a very quiet location, surrounded by beautiful mountains/landscapes.
People are very, very nice and supportive.
The in house restaurant offers tasty and divers food, even the prices can’t be considered as low.
The San Vito di Cadore center is at about 8-10 minutes of walk from the chalet.
The breakfast offer was not among the best we had during our trips/holidays and there was no diversity at all. We get more or less the same food from the first until the last day.
In San Vito di Cadore there are not too many choices when it comes to restaurants and stores.
