Lovely host and nice continental breakfast. Quiet, clean and tidy rooms which were cleaned daily. Nice views from the bedrooms. Free parking in front of the hotel, short drive to cortina. Would recommend!

We would have preferred a softer mattress but perhaps this only our preference.

The owner is very kind and helpful. Room wasn't really big, but had everything we needed. It was very clean. Breakfast was ok, variety was good :) we loved the views from our balcony. Location is close to Cortina (10 min by car) and to the main restaurants in San Vito di Cadore (5 min on foot)
This guesthouse needs a bit of renovation, especialy the balconies and maybe beds. Apart from that our stay was satisfying.

The accomodation was in a great location to explore the town nearby and there were plenty of amazing places to eat within walking distance.

The kitchen was very well equipped and there were some cats in the hotel that were the cutest

It was clean .
The breakfast was ok but nothing special compared with the other places we stayed at in the dolomites.
The view from the windows is nice (if you only look up and ignore the buildings nearby).
It is close from Cortina d'ampezzo by car.
The owner only speaks italian but with a little effort we managed to understand him.
There is no possibility to eat here.
The ma6i problem however was how cold was in the room. Outside were 13 C maximum at day and 4 C at night and no posibility to start the heating in the room. All the restaurants around started the heating. We stayed only under the covers while in the room.
The bathroom is dated and there is no hand shower. There is no window and the smell would persist even with the venitaltor on.
Looks better in the pictures here than in reality.

Lovely stay at the Dolomits. We stayed just one night, but wish to stay more time. Comfortable room, great view and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty & I had the best hot chocolate during all my trip over Italy.
