Hébergement et équipements sales et vétustes. Le canapé lit pas confortable car sommier a ressort et donc bruyant. Difficile également de faire le tour après qu'il soit déplié. Du coup obligation de bouger le meuble TV. De plus fuite d' eau sous l' évier du coin cuisine. Niveau accueil les horaires ne sont pas respectés car à 19 h 30 il ni a plus personne derrière le desk de la réception du coup aucune aide pour des infos complémentaires ou solutionner les problèmes. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et souhaite être remboursé car cela ne vaut pas le tarif appliqué. De plus le parking est payant.

Photos were taken a long time ago! Could do with some TLC - Cracked hob, wonky shelves and cupboard doors. Towels and sheets were clean but their were hairs in bath tub and food splashed on walls in hall.

We were pleasantly surprise with the accommodation comprising kitchen, sofa, b/room, bathroom & entrance hall. Nice view from living area & B/room.

We were apprehensive when we first drove up to the complex. it is situated in a high rise residential area There is graffiti on the exterior of the building and some youths hanging around the reception area, which was unmanned. The area didn't feel safe but on checking with staff, were assured it was. We experienced no negativity and were able to walk around the neighborhood with our dog without incident. There is a bakery directly across the road and numbers places to eat.

We live in the Baix Ebre area of Catalunya, and always stop off in Vitoria when heading back to the port of Santander.. We chose the apartment , based on location, size and previous reviews. A very warm welcome from staff on reception. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments , they’re are spacious, comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed with excellent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. TV and free WiFi . Plenty of free parking in streets around the apartments . If you’re thinking of visiting this area, then these apartments are certainly worth staying at, you won’t be disappointed. nothing to dislike

Easy checking, communication with the host prior to arrival was good. Location for us was great as this was a stop over and close to our main route. Great park for walking our dog close by and really handy having a small kitchen after a long days drive.

there is a bit of wear and tear in the decoration and kitchen utensils. Some guests appeared to smoke in the corridors or were noisy after 10pm

The apartments are easily accessible from the motorway and pet friendly which was the main thing for us. We were able to park right outside and there's good access to shops, bars etc. The apartment is a decent size and has everything you could need for cooking etc.

You have to pay for wifi access although the mobile data reception is excellent so you probably won't need it. As the apartments are in a block in a spanish city they are a bit noisy if you are used to quiet.

bathroom was clean, public transportation nearby, secure parking place (15€/night)

The rest of the apartment was not that clean. I found some dirty spots and hair in the ‘clean’ bed. lot of dust and dirty kichen pan. In addition we had a lot of noise and drunken people outside the building who kept us awake. No airconditioning
