Excellent location , Giselle was so helpful our plane was delayed and she replied to my message really quickly and assured me that was ok . Reception staff were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here

Childrens entertainment very nice and works very hard. Pool staff and cleaning staff lovely and very kind.

Big issue with lifegaurds and different rules for different days. Not allowing the children to play in the pool snd have fun. Not allowing very small inflatables for small children. Managment Insulting guests and being very rude. Lots of noise every night untill 1am from other guests at hotel bar outside are. I wouldnt stay again

Hi l had a room 401 there was a door when you get off the lift to get to the room it was so so noisy it needed some oil or something to stop that horrendous noise every morning and evening when people were coming & going it was terrible,otherwise I lv it. Kind Regards Patricia Fleming

Nice basic hotel, room was upgraded on arrival, not sure what was supposed to be better about it . Had all the essentials, nice big balcony, pool was good, location a few minutes walk from the action.

Room was smaller than expected bit cramped for 4 people but we were mostly out so didn't matter

Warm wellcome, kindly and helpful staff. Very good situation. No noise at all . Flavoured meals and wines.

The hotel was great, everything we needed for our first family holiday. Well catered kitchen. Shower was brilliant, always really hot water available.

We had a 2 bed apartment Number 119 and it was spacious with a good living area and kitchenette, one bedroom had en-suite shower and toilet with spparate shower and toilet suitable for disabled persons

The only thing that spoilt our stay slightly was the arrival on the Friday evening of a large group of teenage basketball players who were loud at bedtime both nights and did disrupt our sleep on the Saturday night particularly.

Fab location near the beach and weekly market and supermarket. Entertainment was very good, inflatable slide in the pool, night time quiz and bingo. Lovely apartment.

The room is excellent for the price paid. it was a large apartment, good shower, cleaned regularly, great sized balcony. Good family sized pool. Food choice was limited but all tasted nice and plenty of it.

There was air conditioning in the apartment but it was tricky to get to the right temperature.

I think the pool could be deep cleaned more- there was scum on the tiles.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Would need to improve this for me to stay again especially the sofa beds

Not safe no security, even though we paid for a safe for our room, this was robbed while we were on a day out along with 15 other rooms all within an hour. Large sum of money stolen and jewellery. Staff on at the time this happened were rude and unhelpful. We found out through a social media post that the hotel was robbed no contact from the hotel. Completely ruined our holiday therefore I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for families, many different activities for everyone. Very nice and well organized personel. Clean rooms. Pool and area around were amazing.
