A very poor performance and not what I expect from a Radisson Blu Hotel at all. I have stayed in some amazing Radisson hotels around the world. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Incompetent front desk staff and duty manager leading to a horrendous check-in process and an appalling lack of care for guests. An elderly gentleman was trying to check in with his disabled wife who was outside stranded in a taxi with their luggage. They told him they were full, he was obviously distressed and struggling. And there were clearly rooms available on Bookings.com. In the end I booked them a room and paid for it myself because through their incompetence they just couldn't understand that they needed to go into their own back office, adjust the availability form bookings.com to internal draw-down and provide a room. Unbelievable and incompetent behaviour of the worst kind.

Receptionisten moeten echt beter. Bij Checkin gaat het al fout. Een receptionisten laat mij 15 min wachten omdat hij een "goede" kamer moet regelen en liep continue heen en weer. Het was al 0:40 GMT en als je voor de inchecktijd geen kamer hebt geregeld dan doe je al iets verkeerd. Daarna moest ik de openstaande kosten betalen (al ruim een week geleden betaald bij Booking.com) en konden zij de transactie niet vinden en mocht ik weer wachten.
Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een kamer toegewezen en mocht ik voor een speciale actie de ontbijtkosten voor 21 pond per dag/ persoon. Geaccpeteerd. Volgende dag heb is er geen ontbijt aangegeven bij mijn reservering en mocht ik gelijk de eerste dag het volledige tarief (28.50 pond) betalen. Bij het ondertekening van de het bonnetje heb ik aangegeven dat ik met de receptie heb afgesproken voor 21 pond voor alle dagen. En bij het uitchecken moet ik voor de 1e dag de volledige prijs voor betalen. De receptionisten moeten beter kennis hebben over de prijzen en voorwaarden van producten. Want het is gewoon misleiding

The bed was very comfortable, and there was more than enough outlets. The additional 11v outlet was nice too.
The room and bathroom was a bit dated and it would have been nice if there was a desk. Also, the Hotel Hoppa shuttle was a very long way from the terminal, a dedicated shuttle would have been better.

It's a beautiful Old Hotel close to the airport...I was very tired from a 26 hour flight from Australia and needed a lovely relaxing place for my first night in London, so I booked your Hotel, expecting just that. It had great reviews! I arrived at Heathrow September 2nd, 2024, at 15.05 so was at your Hotel checkin later that afternoon. You should be able to ascertain which staff member checked me in.
The young guy on reception was all white teeth and smiles..telling he was going to upgrade me because I had had such a long flight. ( I had requested a higher floor with a nice outlook when I booked months earlier)...and it was Not cheap..so I said profuse thanks and got my room number ....it was the ground floor! It gets worse. When I got to the room..yes it was clean but it hadn't even been replenished and the outlook was the back alley..disgusting! If that was an upgrade I would hate to have seen the original offering! It made me feel so let down...like an after thought...sad. I wasn't going to complain but I told a local Uber Driver of my experience and he said you need to know if one of your staff is behaving like this. There were a lot of airline staff in-house..maybe they were his mates, and perhaps one of them ended up with the room I should have been allocated...who knows....but its just not good enough for a Radisson.

The restaurant was ok, not much choice
The staff were quite rude when checking in staff had no knowledge of my arrival..the hotel blamed booking.com....I was booked into a room but the whole experience was not very nice...would never stay at this hotel again...I suggest that the staff are more friendly and accomodating as no returning customers can't be a good thing....no milk on room very unsatisfactory.

All the staff were really fantastic, friendly, courteous and professional and went the extra mile. Thank you! Location for Heathrow and Hotel Hoppa was great. Bed and bed linen were fantastic and I slept so well. Room was comfortable and in room dining excellent.
The Spa services were not available. Facilities were good but no treatments etc as advertised. They said no availability but I think in fact no staff or service. Feels like an inspection or change of owners? Didn’t appreciate having suits with clipboards coming in and inspecting whilst I am in bathing suit in the sauna! The hotel decor etc is a bit dated

Nothing they moved us to a other hotel across and down from the hotel that we booked and told on arrival after paying for parking that was not refundable
Everything !!! We were cheated out of cost of room and put into a basic low cost room, when I booked a superior room. Will never book this hotel again as they’re cheating people out of money by transferring them to a low cost room without warning or to my taste of room.

Good location for Heathrow transfers overnight. 14 pounds for shuttle transfers to / from the hotel. Really comfortable bed. Good wifi. Decent breakfast buffet.
Corridors a bit dingy and like all classic hotels the feel is dated. Shower in bath ok for me but not for older travellers.

It was too busy and too loud and for a BIG hotel there were no quiet spaces.
Staff were useless. When I first arrived they assigned me to a room that had guests in it already. The 2nd key card was not activated.
The bed wasn’t comfortable, which gave me a restless night.
And the icing on the cake was overcharging my stay.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They upgraded us and let us check in earlier as well. The room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was really comfy. Would definitely come back again.

This hotel is located in Harligton , London, and is very spacious with lots of rooms.
It is a top classic hotel and the staff are very friendly.
The rooms are located very far from the elevators and also long distance to get to central London but it's easier when you get bus and the underground.

The staff was amazing. Had just come off of a 12-hour flight and was way too early for us to check in, and the staff at the front desk funded us a room ASAP . We were beyond grateful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Easy to get to on the hoppa bus and right next door to a Mcdonalds.
I knew. It was a 'conference' hotel but was not amused with the hundreds of noisy ppeople attending plus dance youngsters. They shouted in the corridor at midnight so not able to sleep until after that. Honestly i would not stay again but only because of the noise from people attending conferences.
