The hotel is really nice and authentic. Great location, close proximity to all the shops/restaurants. Coffee machine and water provided in the room. The spa area was very quiet at the times that we were there and the pool/bar are open till past 22:00. The pool is heated and the hot tub has different settings so it's a great experience. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

We didn't expect that you had to pay for parking so that was surprising. Anyway it appeared that on street parking was free Sunday to Monday 9AM and we used that, we then moved the car to a carpark next door which was 3 euros for 5+ hrs as it worked out cheaper for us for the time that we were in Bayeux.

We like the breakfast 😋 and the umbrella 🌂 you can borrow when it rains in the afternoon, daily thunderstorms

Some of the staff attitude, the rooms are mugy, not ventilation no AC and very warm. the bathroom the same, not even a fan. The carpet is too old and beat up. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.. no hair conditioner and only gel shower, but No small towels. They don't understand English and they don't try to understand you.

Historic building in a good area.

A ton of little things that wouldn’t take much effort to fix that would make a huge difference are just left undone, seems like they just don’t care which leaves a bad taste.

Nothing just right for us .

Our experience here was superb. We were greeted warmly, had a good experience with the helpful staff throughout and the hotel facilities were great for us - parking was very convenient, the children used the pool, the 2 rooms we had were well-sized and were clean and modern. The hotel location was also great - the historic centre of the town was a 3-5 minute walk away yet it was also easy to get out of town by car to see local attractions.

Nothing in particular. The car park access is a bit tight but that is to be expected in a town centre location.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice, polite and funny. The place was very clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The price was fair for the facilities.

Honestly, this is a minor complaint: the room was a bit small.

handy location for the city, museums etc really good staff on reception especially Claire who was able to find us somewhere to have supper all our evenings stay. really nice natured. so thank you Claire. management should be proud of you

This hotel was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect - just around the corner from the main street. The car park was just next door so very convenient.

We were in an inter-connecting room which must not have had any sound insulation because we could clearly hear the woman in the room next door coughing - all night!

It was all good.

We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and most importantly, the coffee was good! The leisure facilities were excellent and most welcome after a long journey. Bayeux is a beautiful town with an easy drive to the surrounding beaches.
