Le personnel très sympathique

Nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. La salle de bain n’était pas très propre. Les alentours sont peu esthétiques.

The staff were really friendly.

The room was small and not wheelchair accessible. The carpets were sticky.

location was good as we were passing through the city for a quick stop and not far from the main square for a nice bite to eat. Bed was comfortable.

the toilet didn’t work so had to fill the bin to flush, also shower area wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. communal area dirty too and fire door held open. was advised a key would be in key safe but it wasn’t there.

Although the bathroom was little tired our room was clean and comfortable. We were sent messages explaining the system if reception was closed when we arrived and also got a phone call to confirm. The location was perfect for an overnight stop before returning to England and Le Pêche Gourmand restaurant down the road was excellent.

As there were rooms where smoking is permitted there was a smell of smoke in one corridor.

people knocking in the walls at any sound. no hot water at the bathroom (arrived there after 23:00). no one speaking English. got charged twice for one night, got money back after 2 weeks. really bad coffee machine(pods), tastes really bad.

Room was basic but everything we needed. quiet location but out of the city. Good breakfast but dinner was amazingly brilliant… very nice food at a good price.

The general area is a bit intimidating.
