Lovely hotel! Stayed here as attended a wedding nearby. It looks as though it's recently been refurbished so very modern. Room size was great, huge for an average double bed booking, the bathroom was also really nice. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

it was fine, it did the job for a 1 night staff, the staff weren't particularly accommodating, there was a large group of us, which made up the majority of the guest at the hotel that night and they essentially kicked us out from breakfast at the exact end to breakfast time to the minute. Apart from this incident, the bed was comfortable 7/10 overall

Location was great and staff extremely helpful.
The original room booked upstairs had no air conditioning and it was an extremely hot day making the room unbearable to sleep in. Staff were helpful and we were able to pay and upgrade fee. Unfortunately the air con unit was over the bed so the room was either freezing or warm all

The rooms had moths in them which my grandson hated. The carpets weren't as clean as they could have been.

All of it. From the ease with booking, the checkin procedure was brilliant. Nice to be able to pay on arrival. Excellent communication during booking with both Booking. Com aswell as the hotel themselves. Great to have a lovely deep bath. Most places only have showers

Standard Double - Shower over bath - Overlooking car park which has EV charging points - Opening window - Msin road noise is audible and traffic consistent. Bath with shower over. Spacious room, standard corporate decor showing signs of regular use. Bed comfortable - pillows not so much. Housekeeping generally good. Dinner options - adequate. Breakfast - poor.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped, car park was not overly full. Restaurant food was nice. I had to move rooms as the 1st night the radiator didn't work. A heater was provided which did the trick in the second room.
Breakfast is extra, which exceeded my budget. As the rooms are large, they take a while to heat up. The power shower was amazing. Staff try hard to meet guests needs.
