Was better than expected, sometimes you dont know what you are getting but... It was very clean/tidy, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great, very clean, plenty of work space and great Wifi

Simple things weren’t checked - plug getting stuck and not working and hand wash dispenser not working. Two minor things that stopped this being 10/10.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day.

Actual hotel car park was too small and cars parked in not proper spaces. At least there was a big car park beside. Room could do with new kettle.

Rommene er ok, men slitte. Resepsjonistene på kvelden (de polske) er hyggelige - men de engelske (dagtid) er det IKKE.

Spurte om en halvtime sen utsjekk fordi min sønn hadde feber. Fikk blankt avslag fordi de (ifølge resepsjonist) aldri tok inn nok rengjøringspersonell. Hotellet er kaldt overalt, de rengjør ikke rommene hver dag (må bruke våte håndkleet to dager på rad - får ikke toalettpapir etc), og frokosten er bare ok mellom 06-07. Etter dette fyller de sjelden opp.

It was a terrible stay

There was a bad leak in the hallway the carpet was saturated and it ruined my suede trainers. Someone entered my room, the toilet was blocked, the phone in the room did not work the receiver couldn’t be plugged in, the bathroom door lock looked like it had been cut. Overall the standard of accommodation was very very bad.

We wanted to pay for a late check out as we have a 1 yo baby who needed a midday nap. Even though we commenter at check in and we were told that there was no problem as soon as we pay the extra fee the receptionist at the check out said no, we insisted and the answer was a cold “no”. Also one of the rooms was right beside an exercise room and someone was throwing a ball to the wall before 7 am causing lots of noise. We normally don’t like to complain but we found the no to the baby nap really mean.

Receptionists were lovely, kind and attentive . They made us feel very welcome and were very helpful and accommodating when it came to unexpectedly bringing our little dog!

Nothing to dislike, there was a leak beside the bedroom, as a pipe appeared to have burst but it did not impact us at all, it was just a little unsightly.

Pillows and bed very comfortable. Shampoo conditioner and body wash available. Lots of towels.TV good. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful at breakfast.

Very convenient for my needs. Bed was great, room was great, bathroom excellent. Great breakfast choice.

The room door was very difficult to open/close as the door bottom corner rubbed on the floor tiles consequently damaging them. Which looked like it had done so for a long time. Lower door hinge appeared to need realignment. The staff offered me another room for the second night but I couldn't be bothered to re pack & move out. My point being that the maintenance staff should be rectifying these long standing issues. As confirmed by reception staff, seems like money isn't spent on maintenance.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, as was the lounge/bar area. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing really, but the carpark was a little small and only managed to get in it on a couple of occasions.

The staff were exceptional ; the reception team , the cleaning team and those serving breakfast were all great.

It would have been nice to be able to park in the hotel carpark but there is plenty of other parking immediately next door .

Lovely hotel! Parking good, facilities were great and ideally placed next to Wetherspoons.

The combined bathroom/wardrobe door. You have to becareful closing it as can be noisy.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The door was sticking and difficult to open and close but otherwise the room was lovely. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Dinner menu is limited but what is on there is very nice.

The staff were absolutely delightful and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and I have to mention Michaela, the chef who was so personable and her food was delicious. Also Natasha who went out of her way to assist us! Free disabled parking right outside was a bonus.

Our accessible room was on the ground floor with the nicest wet room I have ever used in a hotel.The bed was very comfy too.
